Mudra to reduce your anger
There is a Mudra to handle anger – ACCEPTANCE MUDRA. Thumb touching index and middle finger right hand, left hand ring finger and middle finger.
When something happens, first we should accept it. We shouldn’t resist and try to change it. First we should do this Mudra.
Instead if we try to change then only the contrary (unwanted stuff) will happen. We can’t change it as we are not doing anything (only divine makes it happen).
