Geetha: “My husband doesn’t show love and affection to me”.

Naran: “What’s your reaction to him?”

Geetha: “I am also angry with him“

Naran: “Anger cannot heal anger. If you want harmony and peace you need to pay the price for it.”

Without advising her further, I gave her the power life symbol for Love (66) and asked her to give me a feedback by using it.

Next day, around 7 am, she called me. She told me that she kept the love symbol under her pillow while sleeping.

Unusually, she woke up early in the morning. As she didn’t know what to do at that time, she switched on the Vijay TV (a Tamil channel).

There was a TV program, where a scholar was giving a discourse about an incident narrated in the great epic Mahabharata. It goes like this.

Vidura was advising Duryodhana. He told the latter to have peace with Pandavas as only peace and tolerance can buy love and anger cannot buy love at any time.

You can treat an angry person only with love. As opposite poles attract each other an angry person will be attracted to a loving person.

That advice was totally applicable 100% to my client, who was consulting me for last 10 years.

When I used to advise hereither she will never listen to me or the remedies that she had taken have failed to heal her anger.

The message from the discourse is: opposite pole of anger is love. Unless you show love you cannot change anger of a person.

She understood that message and offered her thanksto the symbol for love.
