Digestion Care

Pass Motion

The Chin Mudra activates the Apanan.

One has to pass motion in the morning otherwise they will feel uncomfortable. He will do all sorts of tricks like dancing, drinking one liter of water, doing this and that to pass motion.

Be in this Mudra, chant “JO”.

Bloated Stomach

Sam

Usually, my stomach is bloated in the evening from 4 pm until 9 pm. Because of that, my belly looks bigger.

Can I do the Chin Mudra to reduce this bloating?

Naran

Yes you can.

Additionally, chant ‘VALLABAM GAJAANANAM EKA DHANTHAM”.

The mantra will make you enjoy food.

When you don’t enjoy eating your food, you will tend to nibble your food.

You need to munch the food a lot (for at least for 40 seconds) before swallowing it. This helps saliva to get mixed with food, which helps the digestion process.

Heal your food

Acidic Problem

Raj’s father had acidic problem. If he doesn’t get food on time, he will develop acidic problems. Due to his work situation Raj couldn’t prepare the right food for him either.

Now, his father is no more. Raj feels guilty that he hasn’t provided proper food to his father during his last days.

So to compensate this, he does the remembering ceremony for his father every year in grand manner. Yet he is not happy.

Naran

Circulate the Mooladhara chakra of your father. Affirm that your father’s hunger is totally satisfied and complete. Send Reiki to him.

Raj

I just did once. I was having stomach issues for last nine months. But, after healing my father, I had a great lunch outing with my family members, including my daughter and her husband.

While eating, I visualized my parents and chanted, ‘FIND DIVINE Food’ as many times as possible.

I got so confident I took coffee too after a heavy meal. Usually, I find a coffee after food is bit heavy for me, while for my father, any amount of food he easily digests.

It doesn’t matter when what time he eats his dinner. He can sleep comfortably after a heavy dinner. I always wished I should have an appetite like him. Interestingly I felt the same after my eat-out.

Surprisingly, I felt like saying thanks to everybody in the hotel – not just the waiter who served us food, but the cleaners, cashier, security guys and others.

Even though you have mentioned in your classes several times, I have never felt such a feeling of gratitude towards them.

Naran

The basis of the exercise I had given is nothing but developing an attitude of gratitude.

Change is wonderful

Manju

I want to post this wonderful experience of chanting Switch word “CHANGE”.

I was having this pain on the legs, lower back for a long time. This pain, combined with feverish feeling has almost crippled me today.

I just felt that I should stop all work and lie down. As I am a house wife, I cannot afford to casual leaves, sick leaves! I am not the kind who pops up pain killers at the drop of the hat either.

It was then, that I was casually going through your blog, and came across switch words. I started chanting “TOGETHER DIVINE CHANGE”.

After silently chanting for about 10 times, I started burping aloud. Almost immediately after that, the pain in my lower-back vanished and gradually my leg pain too.

I should say it was almost instantaneous relief, like in the Amurtanjan ad. “It’s gone! Poyye Pocchu!

Thank you for introducing various healing techniques through your blog. Though, I had no formal training on Switch words, just reading your blog benefitted me.

Remove cramps

Client

I am using the switch word “CENTAURY MOVE ON” for cramps during exercises, while in toilet etc., it is working very well.

I was reading your latest blog entry “Letting go the unwanted”: http://wp.me/p35yWd-1w.

The above-mentioned switch words works when being in toilet and I feel I am starting to cramp up in stomach or lower regions, I chant them and it passes on.

It’s a little embarrassing but thought it can help others if you are suggesting to anyone.

Digestive Mantras for Diabetic patients

Naran S Balakumar

Chant “Om Rum Bum Lum Dham”

This will also reduce your sugar level and therefore good for Diabetic patients.

Om Lambodaram is good for digestion as it contains all the Bija Mantras as well as Bum and Dham (mentioned above).

Lambodaram means man with a big stomach. Anything can be digested by this person. Only when you digest your food, then sugar is digested too.

Rum activates the Solar plexus chakra – connected to Liver, Stomach and pancreas, and the fire is kindled to digest the food.

Bum activates Spleen.

Lum activates the Basic chakra. It will also activate absorption and assimilation functions in the digestive tract.

Dham is seed word for comfort. After eating if you don’t feel any comfort – then it means your sugar level is more.

Instructions

You can’t chant this mantra for others. It’s better for them to say it for themselves.

You will be able to digest any type of food. You can chant it anytime – not necessarily after taking your food

Gas Problems

Chant “EEJOE” to handle gas problems. It will also bring down your head aches.

After eating food, if Belching happens, then it means the Apanan – a type of prana that supposed to flow down, is coming up.

My constant problem

Client

I am 70 years old. For many years I have Constipation problem.

Naran asked me to chant, “OM HRAUM NAMAHA”. (HRAUM is pronounced as Hrowm)

On the first day, I chanted for 10 minutes in the morning. I noticed some improvement. On subsequent days, without any problem I pass motion.

Every day in the morning I chant for 15 minutes and I have no regression whatsoever.

Let the food provide nutrition to your body

Naran S Balakumar

“OM SURYAYA SWAHA SURYAYA IDHAN NA MAMA”

But before eating or drinking anything, chant OM SURYAYA SWAHA, as it will purify the food.

OM SURYAYA SWAHA SURYAYA IDHAN NA MAMA – meaning I have offered this to you Oh Sun God and it is not mine.

Before eating we have to chant this. Then only the food we eat will give nutrition, health, vitality etc.

This can also be chanted when you receive money from somebody. In fact we can use this for whatever we receive from others.

I don‘t want to be on medication

ANUSHKA

I have pain in chest (left side), did ECG, which came out normal.

I have bloating and burping problem since last 4 days. Whenever I eat, the pain increases for some time and then subsides, but is still present.

Dr. says I have GERD and gastritis. Is there is any mantra for relief?

I am 31 years old and planning for a baby (not yet pregnant). Don‘t want to be on medication for rest of my life.

Naran

Don’t decide on anything. What you don’t want will come to you.

Chant “WU CHI JO” for 15 minutes after taking food.

When you have bloating problem be in Chin Mudra.

ANUSHKA (after 10 days)

I would like to mention that your mantra “WU CHI JO” has started to show effect (within 3 days) as I have less bloating, less chest pain, and sometimes no bloating at all.

I will keep on chanting the mantra. It’s a huge relief.

Mantra for healing intestines

BUM

Chant Om BUM Namaha once, and then Om BUM many times.

This is a very important mantra for healing intestine.

This mantra heals bowel related issues, which will be indicated by a pain in the left abdomen because of the accumulation of gas in the intestine.

When children have Colic pain, you may notice them cry. Good for handling Amoebic dysentery/amoebiosis.
