For people to get married, do the Pran Mudra as it gives you attraction.
When you do it for 10-15 minutes, it gives you the same effect of the Face Pack remedy (available in the center) on your face.
The Face Pack remedy is a combination of flower remedies. Put 5 pills of it in a glass of water and apply it on your face, don’t wipe it off. Just leave the remedied water on the face.

Be cheerful always. Then everything will come. If you say that you will be cheerful only if every desire of yours is fulfilled then nothing good will happen to you.
Chant “GENTIAN, HORNBEAM, CRAB APPLE” 100 times over a glass of water and drink it.
Do this two times daily. You will find happiness.

How to make this mantra helpful for us?
We are all living our life with our surface mind. The mind is always restless. It wants to achieve either this or that. However, the inner mind is always peaceful.
One problem or other comes to me. Or, I am neither able to forgive the person nor accept the person. There is anger.
Take that part in your hand which is resisting you. Ultimately, anybody’s aim through anything is to find peace and happiness.
Whether you are employed or not, whether you are promoted or not, whether you are married or not, whether you have a child or not, ask the question, “What do I want”.
And you will get the answer, “I want happiness”.
How to bring that happiness so that this part becomes peaceful?
Visualize the light descending from above. Keep any problem, feeling or pain in your left hand – right palm below and left palm above.
Bring the light, so that part becomes whole and complete, enlightened, and illumined.
After the light descends on you, chant this mantra for three minutes.
Align with center of love
Mentally travel beyond this building, beyond the sky, beyond the polarity, beyond this universe, and bring down the eternal light.
Visualize the light coming from above, through your head, through your heart and filling up your hands and the part that is restless.
The eternal light – the absolute truth, makes the restless part whole and complete.
Let that part understand that everything is an experience. Say, eternal light, Fill it up with wisdom. Enlighten it. Illuminate it. Align the part with the center of love.”
Then we have to chant this mantra.
You can chant this mantra during the morning times, or whenever you are distressed, call the eternal light and fill up the part that is suffering. Immediately and instantly you will find the suffering removed.

How can I lead a life of happiness when I am married and yet have no relationship – physical or emotional, with my spouse?

Having a physical relation alone is not joyful. But, being in the present is JOYFUL.
While doing nothing, being in a state of inertia, with no action will lead to a feeling of sadness and depression.
Depression will lead to laziness, followed by demanding nature – to receive from others without giving in return or doing anything. This is a sign of Thamo Gunam in us.
How to come out of depression and lead a joyful life?
- So to come out of inertia, go out and do something physical, say a park. This will bring in joy and happiness and will help you to come out of depression.
- In addition, affirm, “Why I became joyful and happy always”.
- Whenever you feel sad, close your nostril and breathe-in and breathe-out through your right nostril. After 5-10 minutes, do alternate breathing for a few minutes.
- Sometimes, sadness will lead to anger. Then, close your right nostril and breathe-in and breath-out faster for 5-10 minutes. Close it with by doing alternate breathing for a few minutes.

Bring down your anger and temptations

Anger also can be reduced by closing Surya Nadi – the right nostril and activate Chandra Nadi – by breathing through left nostril that makes you cool-headed.
It will reduce your temptations too. Some Yogis living in Himalayas do this practice to release their temptations, whenever they have any.
Suffering from hallucination

My father is 72 years old.
He is suffering from Parkinson’s disease. He is treated by a neurologist and is very much using the medication suggested by him.
His biggest problem with this disease is hallucination. The drugs he is given for this is really not helping him to reduce the symptoms.
Can you please suggest some remedy for this?

For hallucination give him the remedies WHITE CHESTNUT, WALNUT, ASPEN and CLEMATIS each, two pills, three times a day.
