My mind and body is not in coordination

Dear Naran,

Yesterday I had this strange experience.

As I was sleeping in the morning, for some more time, feeling very tired, in spite of my daughter and husband, who had woken up already. My husband told me that it’s ok for me to sleep, for some more time.

After a few minutes, I wanted to wake up, but could not. I yelled my husband’s name and called him, but he did not turn up at all. Nethraa, my daughter, saw me yelling and came near me. In addition, my husband also came, and they tried to make me get up with great difficulty.

And suddenly, I opened my eyes, only to realize that all those five minutes were a dream. But, that dream was pathetic. I got really scared, if I would really be able to get up.

This is not the first time that has happened to me like that.

My mom, when I discussed with her said, that it happens like that when you are really tired. Our body does not get up even though our mind gets up. Naran, could you please explain more on why this happens?

Yes what your mom says is right. There was no co-ordination between mind and body. It is an inner cry for help. Release this.

This is with regard to my sister-in-law who was suffering from a headache for a week or more especially the last couple of days. Medication did not help her one bit and she ultimately had to go to the hospital to check her BP, etc.  It was all normal and she continued taking pain killers.  None of that helped.

I told her when she called me from Coimbatore to call Naran and talk to him – to simply tell him what was on her mind.  She had lost her brother just a few days ago. I also told her to go ahead and talk, though she had never met him, and even if she did not have faith in Flower Therapy.

This was around 9 p.m. and when I did not hear from her after that call, I presumed the poor thing had gone to bed with her headache.  She called me early the next morning and said, “I cannot believe it!  I spoke to Naran and only briefly explained the issues.  He told me to chant the names of 2 flowers.  I did and I realized to my amazement that the headache had vanished with just 3 repetitions of those divine flowers!”

The next morning when she felt the headache starting to set in, she again chanted the names and it went off.  She also mentioned how she had a good nights sleep after so many days and that too without sleeping pills which the doctor had prescribed for the trauma she was undergoing.

She told me I have to fix an appointment in a weeks’ time as she wants to meet Naran.

The Bach Flower Remedies chanted were Agrimony and White Chestnut. Since she said that she had continuous headache, White Chestnut was suggested. Why Agrimony is prescribed in headaches? Headaches are normally the physical expression of inner turmoil, which indicates Agrimony. The person with inner turmoil will say I want to be peaceful. This is what she said, when she spoke to me.

Are there any Mudras, Yoga exercise, or Reiki for curing the snoring problem?

Snoring means less oxygen to the throat and head area. How one can increase oxygen to these areas through Mudras?

  • Adi Mudra can help. The thumb should touch the bottom of the little finger and closed by other fingers. Do it on both hands for 15 to 30 minutes a day. You can do it while walking or lying down or while watching TV.

  • Increasing the space element is important too. The space in the tongue area is less. Thumb touching the middle finger can help.  Do this space Mudra after Adi Mudra. Instructions are the same.

  • While doing the Mudras, on Inhalation, chant PAHANG and on exhalation, chant HIPPIENG, within the mind. These two words increase the space in the neck area.
  • One has to check for Cervical Spondylosis. There may be a problem in the cervical area of the spine, for which doing Yogasanas can help. Please check with your local yoga expert.
  • Alternatively, visit a chiropractor and make the necessary correction.
  • Affirm, “I am at ease with all. I understand the value of relationship.” This affirmation will help.
  • Body care companies of Japan manufacture pillows that take care of snoring. There are good testimonials. Search for them on the web. Please come back with the company selected, I will direct whether that product is reliable or not.

No More Nightmares

Case history

Anita from the age of eighteen, used to get the same dream.

She will be in a Kali temple, where the priest of the temple will lift a sword to chop her head.

Before he could cut her head in the dream, she will wake up from the nightmare. It was quite disturbing affecting her sleep in a big way.

This continued even after her marriage, when she was 25 years old.

  2. Not able to get from bed in the morning.

Chin Mudra boosts your energy and thus activity. Also, when the mind has gone overboard, it can normalize.

The Chin Mudra helps to boost activity during the day.

A Sleep Remedy

What’s the behaviour of an Agrimony person?

In the night, he can’t go to sleep easily as he will be worrying at that time.

When he is alone he will be worrying. He will work overtime as nobody is at home. He will resort to drinking and will say, “I drink to forget my worry and tension”.

How to get up early in the morning?

Kindly tell me some mantra or some healing technique to help me get up early.

I sleep late as my daughter sleeps late and find it tough to get up early in the morning. I wake up around eight thirty in the morning.

Chant the following, before going to sleep: “RELEASE RESISTANCE get up 6 DIVINE”

Usage of Switch Words

Release Resistance: when something is not happening for a long time, then it means there is a resistance inside us that stops us from accomplishing our goal

Get Up 6: these are not switch words but goal to achieve

Divine: let it happen somehow or miraculously.

Sleeping pill

I don’t know something is forcing me to share this one too. When I send you a message about I can’t sleep without sleeping pill.

I went through your other blog about accept yourself and what I did, “Even though I can’t sleep without sleeping pills I totally accept myself” three times while tapping only on my KARATE CHOP.

Then I started chanting “CONCEDE CLEAR CENTRE FIND DIVINE ORDER”

It’s been four days I am sleeping (not a sound sleep but I hope I will get there) without pills.

Feeling alert after sleep

First we have to increase the fire element for which we can chant “OM RAM NAMAHA”.

While sleeping we suddenly get up.

The nature of fire is that it will never go down. But the nature of water is that it will always go down. It will always go towards the pit.

For the fire to burn properly good air is required. For that chant “Om Yum Namaha”.

If you chant both the Bija mantras “OM RUM NAMAHA, OM YUM NAMAHA”, we will become fully awake and we will be alert.
