Could you please give me mantra or switch words so I could sleep at 10 pm and get up at 6 am.
If I go to bed early then also I can’t sleep. I just waste time on bed for 3 to 4 hours. I am sleeping at 2 or 3 pm and getting up at 11 am.
Naran
While in the bed, chant the mantra “RAMA” 63 times.
Counting is very important. You should do not do less than 63 or more than 63.
3 cycles of 63 is one count.
You can do Minimum 3 cycles or multiples of three cycles e.g., 3, 6, 9, 12 and so on. Do the counting till you get sleep.

Using Reiki
If you are awake after 11 PM and don’t go to sleep until late in the morning, say 3 AM, then it means liver and gall bladder is over working.
Therefore, affirm, “Reiki flow through me. Sedate, normalize and harmonize the Liver and Gall bladder channel”
Treating Sleeplessness with Bach Flower Remedies
White Chestnut, Walnut and Crab Apple are the base remedy for all types of sleeplessness.
Nothing helps like Passi Flora mother tincture. You will understand the value of the sleep. Put few drops of the tincture in the drinking water.
Some examples:
- Due to over enthusiasm when a person is planning his daughter’s wedding. In the due process, he gets mental strain in the evening: Base Remedy + Vervain + Scleranthus.
- Worry: Base remedy.
- I sleep late and get up late: add Scleranthus to base remedy.
- I usually get up in the middle of the night and then I can’t sleep after that: base remedy
- He just came down from USA. Always sleeping in the afternoon, thanks to the jet lag: Scleranthus.
- When alone, if a person is restless and not able to sleep: Agrimony and base remedy.
- A person is a worrier when he is alone: Agrimony and base remedy.
- A person tosses in the bed: add Scleranthus to base remedy.
- If a person is highly enthusiastic and thus planning through the night about her next day’s work – editing job at her newspaper office. She becomes mentally fatigued and therefore finding it difficult to sleep: Vervain + Hornbeam + Base Remedy.
- A person sleeps well for a while. Suddenly wakes up around 2 or 3 am, after which he couldn’t sleep: White chestnut is the specific remedy for this condition to be given along with Walnut and Crab Apple (base remedy).
- When a person is not able to sleep in a new place, for e.g., she is on a tour and finds it difficult to sleep in the hotel: Walnut is the specific remedy but prescribe base remedy.
- After total physical exhaustion, for e.g., after a wedding is over, the parents of the bride will be physically exhausted. Similarly after any other hectic, physical work one may be physically tired: Olive is to be combined with base remedy.
Sleeplessness due to anxiety

Remedies to be considered in anxiety are: AGRIMONY, IMPATIENS, WHITE CHESTNUT plus any remedy for fear.
CRAB APPLE can be added too, as it goes hand in hand with White chestnut.
For sleeplessness, you can also consider the following: if one does not sleep properly, he will be restless and then he will become anxious, about the night.
What a beautiful combination for sleeplessness: AGRIMONY, WHITECHESTNUT, IMPATIENS, CRAB APPLE and WALNUT.

I would like to share my experiences here. I thank you for introducing WOLF.
WOLF is a Hero. My day starts and ends with WOLF. If we need any help anytime no matter what the circumstances are, WOLF is the remedy. For any immediate and instance help WOLF is there.
I used to think a lot about my problems and I don’t get any proper sleep. I sleep very late and get up late and everything becomes late and irritating.
One day out of frustration I saw the WOLF picture in my mobile and I started telling what all I did on that day. I really don’t know what happened before I could complete it, I fell asleep.
It was such a deep and sound sleep I ever had with the problems around me. I got a too long sleep such that I got up late too but this time with a sense of some fullness.
Next day also I did the same and I told WOLF to wake me up at 6am in the morning and I also thanked the WOLF for waking me up at 6 am.
Amazing, I had a good sleep and got up on time, most importantly out of the bed at 5.50 am sharp.
I was so happy that I was able to get up early. For years I was struggling to get up early.
My husband was also suffering from this same problem. I told him to believe first and not to laugh at my technique. I told him to tell WOLF ‘Please make me sleep well. I want to have a sound sleep’.
He did the same and slept very well. The next day he got up so fresh. Usually, he gets up irritatingly as he will not get sleep at all. And he told thanks to WOLF for this.
Sleep might turn out to be a small problem. But if we did not get sleep for months, for years then it becomes a problem. With all the other problems, it also adds on and we get irritated through the day.
