Energy Centers or Chakras
Mantras outwardly look ordinary. However, they can do lots of things. It can lead us to live our lives better. They activate the energy centers as well.
Basic chakra or Muladhara – is at the base of the coccyx. Another in front of us, one and half inch below the navel is Hara Chakra. Third chakra is above the belly – Manipura or Solar Plexus chakra. This is the chakra of self-identity. There is a big gap between Hara and Manipura chakras. The fourth is the Heart chakra. Between it and the Solar Plexus chakra, the gap is less. Heart and solar plexus chakras are close each other One is mind and another one is the soul. If there is no ego and pride, heart will open up. The heart chakra is always reminding us not to have pride and ego.
Our lives are decided by these chakras:
If I have a feeling, “I want to settle down in life”, then it means the Basic chakra is not working properly. Therefore the energy from basic chakra to you will be very less too. Chakras always produce energy. In this person’s case, it shows he hasn’t received it properly from chakras.
If there is a relationship, then it’s formed due to Hara chakra – which directs towards friendship and creates relationship. If you have a craving for lot of food then it means your sex chakra is working more- imbalanced.
Solar plexus energy is more means I or ego more. For example, he will say, “I will not share my property” or she is easily offended. Anything might go from us, except for pride and ego, which comes from the Solar Plexus chakra. Thanks to that, I know the purpose of my life and it shows my identity too.
Don’t think “I” or “me”, but think about “we” and “ours” – message from solar plexus chakra. I can change my ego and pride into a life of compassion through heart chakra, which makes us love.
When we have love, our language will be made of love and compassion and expressed through our throat (chakra). In reality, we will talk a few things, while hiding so many things. If we think only good things then the throat will expand and then whatever you say will become a mantra.
Activating Chakras thru Bija Mantras
How do we keep the energy centers balanced?
Chanting the bija mantras in a particular order will make them balanced: Om Hum Namaha, Om Yum Namaha, Om Rum Namaha, Om Vum Namaha, and Om Lum Namaha. Chant these mantras loud in the order specified. Om Hum Namaha – It clears the space; clears surrounding atmosphere. Once space is cleared and cleansed, people in the space will be in harmony.
Om Yum Namaha – This will open the heart chakra. The energy of love is kindled; it spreads and gets transmitted to others. You will be in harmony with yourself.
Om Rum Namaha – This makes us to understand others. We say we are right, while others are wrong – because we don’t see the third view point. Thus we are like the domesticated horse, which has partial covers over its eyes. For god everybody is right and there is no right or wrong. You become ready to understand the other person.
Om Vum Namaha – To relate with others; establishes relationship. If changes happen and if you are ready to accept, then you are ready to relate with others,
Om Lum Namaha – To stabilize the relationship
How these Bija Mantras work for the Physical Body as well?
Om Hum Namaha increases physical vitality.
Om Yum Namaha: plasma is activated. It is a yellow liquid that is carrier of carbon dioxide or toxins – which has to be removed. Plasma eliminates carbon dioxide. It’s a detoxification tool. This mantra will also raise the spirituality level of the mind.
