I would like to share my experience with the symbol “Increase Money Flow” which is there in the Lotus App.
I have been wanting to rent out one of my house in Chennai for quite a long time but in vain.

Within half an hour, a prospective tenant called up and everything was finalized. The person handed over the advance for the house.
