I find it difficult not to snooze for at least during mid-day, especially on those days I work from home.

Naran suggested me to do the following:

  1. Go for brisk walking for at least one hour. This will make sure I sleep well during the night.
  2. Put the pure silver coin (30gms) in a half-liter bottle of water for couple of hours and drink. This will give extra energy.
  3. Listen to the “Circulation Breathing” CD for at least 30 minutes. It runs for 48 minutes.

In a couple of weeks, I achieved the result I wanted. Thanks!
