I have booked a house in one of the apartment and paid one Lakh as booking amount. I can arrange for 4 Lakhs from my side. For the remaining amount, I thought of going for a home loan.

Please suggest me mantra or switch words so that the money matters are solved (getting a home loan and arranging remaining amount) without any problems and house construction will be complete.
