A person approached Naran and said that he couldn’t get good representatives for his company. Though he pays very well and keep them in good spirits, they work for a month and leave the company. After they leave, they talk ill about this person.

Naran asked him how he worked when he was employed. He was silent for few minutes.

Then the person agreed that he did not work to the satisfaction of his superiors and to his conscience.

Naran asked him to go back mentally to his period of employment and affirm as follows and do the forgiving exercise to his manager. I will work with commitment. I work to your satisfaction. You guide me. I will fulfil my duties and responsibilities.”
