Index finger at the base of the thumb will make us inhale deeply. The breathing of the worrying person is shallow and fast. It is changed by the Mudra into deep and slow breathing.
The person will relax and his relaxation is enhanced by the PRAN MUDRA (thumb touching the tips of little and ring fingers).
