Connecting to Reiki

Establishing Connection with the source of Reiki

1. Thanks giving, affirm, “I thank Reiki, I thank myself, I thank master”
2. Draw the connection symbol, chant the mantra 3 times and affirm, “I am connected to the source of Reiki”.
3. Draw cleansing symbol (Sei he ki), place it on the Heart chakra and chant the mantra 3 times.
4. Draw power symbol, place it on the Heart chakra and chant the mantra 3 times.
5. Affirm, “Reiki flow through me”.
6. Now visualize a white ray of light from above passing through the Crown chakra to the Heart chakra and feel the energy flowing through your right hand.

Methods of Healing

1. Imagine the organ on the left palm and draw the cleansing symbols followed by the power symbol.
2. Hands on Position: place your hand on the part that needs energy and draw the symbols, chant the mantra 3 times, and keep your hand for 3 minutes in the position. In between draw the symbols as many times as possible

Healing Others

1. Call the person and place the hands on their problem area or visualize the person on your left palm.
2. After the healing process is completed thank the person.
3. If you placed the person on your palm, imagine sending back the person to his place.

Last But Most Important Process: To Cut The Healing Cord.

1. Ask the person or the organ to go back to its place.
2. Thank Reiki
3. Thank your Reiki Master
4. Thank your patient
5. Thank God
6. Thank yourself to have been chosen as the medium of energy transmission.
