Meditation from Naran Sir for 10 April 2020
In Ashoka Vana, Sita was imprisoned by Ravana. Ravana asked the Rakshashis who were guarding Sita to use all methods and ways to make Sita to heed to Ravana’s wish if not he asked them to kill her.
Sita was overwhelmed with sadness and sorrow even more after Ravana’s threatening.
She mourned, “Isn’t there anyone who can save me from these sufferings? Don’t I have any other option other than committing suicide. Oh! I cannot commit suicide, suicide is the biggest sin on earth.”
She went on thinking for some time. Suddenly she felt that if I keep thinking of sorrow, sadness, I would only get sadness and sorrow. Prudence alone can help me to come out of this situation. Viveka is what is required. This world also has lot of Mahatmas and Gurus who could live within themselves peacefully. How can all mahatmas are in equilibrium in any situation; equanimity in any situation?
It is Raga and dwesha which brings in fear and sorrow and anger in one.
The emotional suffering is because of one’s like and dislikes.
When you lose the one which you like or love, the very separation brings in fear and sorrow together.
When you want to avoid from the one whom you dislike or hate, fear grips you.
Both Like and Dislike bring in fear and sorrow.
How can I go above likes and dislikes, Raga and Dwesha? I reverentially prostrate within my heart to win over my likes, dislikes, pain, sufferings and pleasure to all the Mahatmas and Gurus of the world.
After she mentally prostrated the Mahatmas, Hanuman entered the scene.
We are also in almost similar state i.e. self-imprisonment.
Some of us may get bored.
Some of us may think we are not able to go out.
Some of us may think/ wonder when will this situation end?
Some of us may become apathetic, whenever the situation improves, let it improve.
Who can teach us to overcome our likes and dislikes in our life?
Whom we can think, KRISHNAM VANDE JAGATH GURUM
Krishna, who is the JAGATH GURU IS THE ONLY SOLACE NOW.
Chanting his Nama only can help us to be in equanimity.

Meditation from Naran Sir for 9 April 2020
There are many times we said we want a quiet peaceful mind. Now there is a plenty of chance to be quiet and peaceful. But are we really peaceful? Honestly put the question to yourself, you are neither quiet nor peaceful. That means what about the intention that once we had when we were busy, I think we have not meant really that.
We believe mostly in quotations. We are very happy with the quotations. When we read number of quotes, we feel happy. The moment you feel happy, you will not put that into practice. That is the fate of all the quotes.
How to bring the peace atleast for 5 mins~10 mins in a gap of the whole day?
For a moment, put everything aside.
“I really want to be still for a moment and to experience the peaceful mind.”
Have that intention.
Take few breaths slowly and steadily.
Even when a thought crosses say NEXT.
Become silent. Practice this for some time.
When you are sure that you are silent or you are peaceful, or you are becoming quiet, visualize a beautiful lake in front of you. The dark blue color, beautiful moon studded with stars on the sky, visualize that scene.
The lake is having lotus in between. See the color of each petal and around the lotus some beautiful white swans are crossing that lotus.
Feel the oneness and become the part of that, become the swan; then become the lotus and see the moon.
Chant OM SHANTHI SHANTHI SHANTHIHI.

Meditation for April 7th by Naran Sir
Meditation from Naran Sir for 7 April 2020
Baktha Prahalad was sent to Gurukula to learn the Rajadharma of Rakshasas. Normally the class used to start with “Hiranyakaya Namaha’. But Prahalad used to say “Om Namo Narayana”. He taught this also to other children.
Once Hiranya visited the gurukula where Prahalad was initiated and taught by the teachers.
Hiranya: “Prahalad come, sit on my lap.” Prahalad sat on the lap of Hiranya.
With so much of love in his heart, Hiranya asked Prahalad, “Have you learnt Rajadharma?”. What is it? Did you not learn how to behave with friends and enemies? This is the basic.”
Prahalad: “My dear father, your question is wrong. It is wrong to discriminate between friends and foes. When you think Narayana is inside of every person, even inanimate object, the world is Narayanaswaroopa. When you think Narayana is inside of every person, everyone will be friendly and everyone will turn friendly with us. All are my friends and if you talk and behave as if you are meeting Narayana, talking with Narayana, enmity will get dissolved.”
Hiranya got terribly angry, ragious and scolded the teachers. But teachers told him we are helpless. We cannot control Prahalad and he is preaching the same thing to all other children. And children follow him only. We are helpless prabhu.
Hiranya: “Prahalad, I don’t know which Demon is inside you. “
Prahalad: “Father, the same. The one who is dwelling in you is also in me.”
Prahalad was strong in his conviction that Narayana is inside of all.
Let us also try to cultivate this attitude faithfully, particularly at this time of darkness by chanting
OM VISHWATHMANE NAMAHA.
Meditation for 6th April by Naran Sir
Meditation from Naran Sir for 6 April, 2020
Wherever I turn there is darkness, darkness within; darkness without.
Darkness inside; darkness outside. Where do I stand in the journey of life? Stand or Stranded??? I feel i have come to the end of the road. It’s a beginning or end??? Is life entanglement or liberation??? Moving or Unmoving??? Am I leading this life or Led in this life????
If time and life journey are inseparable and my agnyana or ignorance is the only tool in this journey. Where will i go? Where does this time take me? Time is non-existing; time is beyond my conception.
Is there anyone who has won all the ignorance and wisdom personified??? Will that Divine being take my hands and lead me in this unending journey of time???? AJA JETHRI KAALAVIDAYINI I Pray to that Supreme Mother who has only wisdom, ignorance is totally absent there. I Pray to that Supreme Mother who only can help me in this life journey imposed by the time. I Pray to that Supreme Mother who is beyond time. AJA JETHRI KAALAVIDAYINI NAMO NAMAHA.

Meditation from Naran Sir for April 5, 2020
In normal circumstances, we accept and do not resist, if one says everything is happening as per the Divine will or plan. But when there is a problem/conflict/quarrel, we try to change the other or put the blame on someone.
Because the mind suddenly shifts to darkness, becoming ignorant of seeking the Divine light in the situation. It is not ready to come out of darkness.
When the light is thrown, darkness disappears. Understanding emerges.
Once we understand, anger or fear disappears and you start thanking the Divine light for having brought this change in you. When there is a change, illusion disappears.
Let us have light for the coming days.
To liberate us from darkness.
