One person was attending the “Rule Your Mind” class, which was not getting over on time.

She had to take care of her husband and mother-in-law. She was worried that they will complain. After the class was over, she released all her fears.

When she reached home, she found that her husband has already made coffee for himself and his mother.  Interestingly, he questioned her, “How come you have come home so early?”

When we are facing a problem, we don’t ask the right questions.

Why should we ask the right questions?

Right questions will lead to right solutions. So we should learn to ask the right questions.

Ask Right Questions

There are solutions for every problem. However, we don’t know the solution for the problem that we are facing currently.

Let us say you are in conflict with your colleague. To find a resolution for the conflict, do the following:

The questions to ask are: What, Why, How and When.

What

There is a conflict.

Instead of asking, “Why this is happening to me”, ask “What do I want here?”

We want peace but we are fighting though.

When you ask the question “What do I want here”, immediately the mind stops thinking. Then you will get an answer for what do I want.

Why

Second question to ask is (‘why’): “Why do I maintain this conflict?

This will reveal your own mistakes to yourself.

How

Now comes the ‘How’ questions: “How can I end this problem?” and “How will I get peace?”

Then the ‘What’ questions: “What should I do to have peace here?” and “What should I not do to have peace here?”

You have to immediately start doing the steps required.

When

You can also ask the question ‘when’. “Ok, I want peace. But, when do I want it?”

Then start working towards that timeline. The solution will be found then.

Please note that you don’t have to ask all the questions. The moment you get an answer, you can stop.

Control your BP

If I think I have no BP, then there will be no BP, as it is maintained by our thoughts.

Let us use a roundabout method. We will have a list what all will happen if we get BP. May be someone will say that we will get stroke etc. So, we get fearful and concerned about our BP.

  • Release all your beliefs (what will happen) about BP
  • Release all the rumours you have about BP (so fear goes off).

Whenever you think about BP what happens to you? It goes up.

“Whenever I think about BP, my BP goes up”. It is a thought.  isn’t it?

  • Release this thought.
  • Affirm, “Even though My BP reading is …..I accept myself totally and release my fears”.
  • Come out of the fear. Scale it.
  • “My BP is 130/80” – tap on (EFT) all points.

You can use this tapping technique to make anything normal – say your sugar levels, weight etc.

Six Chinese healing sounds will help you a lot, if you have BP.

RULE: Release your thoughts and beliefs, as well as prevailing beliefs about BP.
