How to Be Emotionally Strong?

When you are emotionally attacked, call (Animal Spirit Guide) TURTLE, so that nothing affects you.

Everything will be rebound. Without your reaction, your mind will be known to him/her.

The only condition is that you keep the picture of Turtle or chant “TURTLE” and thinking that you are a dead body.

When you act as if you are dead, then you will see the work of (Animal Spirit Guide) Tortoise.

Most surprising factor

Yakshan asked Dharma, “What is the most surprising thing in this world”?

Dharma replied, “Even when one sees a person dying, he thinks that he can live forever. It is the most surprising thing in the world.”

We always feel that our days are far off. However, every day is one day less towards death.

Weeping is Necessary

During last week, I had been diagnosed with ectopic/tubal pregnancy.

Foetus was healthy and well growing but growing at wrong place.

So as per doctor’s advice, I had to terminate that pregnancy. I remained sad for one two days and not only me but whole family was sad.

Is there any method or technique other than meditation to train our minds to accept all such events, which are beyond our control happily and calmly?

How should we perceive such incidents to feel less or no grief?

Feeling less grief is not to be imposed.

Go through the emotions, which naturally surface and bow to them and come out.

When there is great distress over grief or when there is reason for grieving, weep.

Weeping is easy way of reaching the divine. Let us not feel shy for weeping.

Yes, there was expectation in vain. Feel sad and weep to get over that. Weeping intensely will ultimately relieve you from the burden.

A solace is given by weeping. When you think that you can no more weep, just say, I bow to this weeping and go beyond this state.

Repeat within after the weeping episode, Radha’s prayer:

“Krishna, my lord, Whether you choose for me life or death, happiness or sorrow, pleasure or suffering, all that comes to me from thee, is always welcome.”

Medicine for feeling hurt and wounded

In the situation where you are terribly hurt or wounded, you weep and you don’t talk to others.

It’s a stage where you cannot oppose a person and you go to the third person and complain.

Instead of going to the third person, bring the divine child Karthikeya into the heart and talk to him to vent out all your feelings.

Say, “Lord Karthikeya, allow me to open and receive your love only. I have poured out everything to you. Let your light wash out all the wounded feelings and awaken the love from heart.”

Then chant, “GURU GUHAN KODI KODI LAVANYAM”

The heart is like a cave. Inside the cave, the beautiful child sits. So beautiful and so handsome, the rays are so powerful that they are awakening the heart center.

Al the feeling of wounds and sadness will be washed away by the divine child.

Whenever you feel wounded, don’t go to anybody and talk. It is not useful.

Muruga’ is the medicine for wound.

Bring in Peace to Agitated Mind

When one is restless, anxious, worried, over-sensitive, or regretting, the following SAVITRI mantras (page 498) can be chanted to bring in peace:
