Instructions to listen to Slow Care Meditation CD

It contains 8 tracks – Delta Descending – a track to be listened every day during the seven weeks of listening, followed by Level A (1st week), Level B (2nd Week) and so on.
Each track runs for 30 minutes.
So, you need one hour of listening every day.
It will be as follows:
1st week – ‘Delta Descending’ followed ‘Delta 1 A’ for 6 days, don’t listen on the 7th day.
2nd week – ‘Delta Descending’ followed ‘Delta 1 B’ for 6 days, don’t listen on the 7th day.
And so on, until you complete seven weeks of listening.
Listen either lying on the bed or while sitting in one place.

Naran used to say that if you start taking healing seriously, then things will happen automatically. This is one of things that didn’t happen to me until I started listening to the ‘SLOW CARE Meditation’ CD.
