Seeing ray of hope

I am facing challenges in my career for the last 4 years – no recognition from my managers/higher authorities.

Could you please recommend a mantra for me to get the due appreciation for my hard work from my current managers?

And though I am trying to find another job in a different company I just face a lot of obstacles and do not get any results from my job hunt.

Suggest a mantra /switch words I can use for attracting the right job where I will be successful and happy?

I am doing the same for last 10 days. Day by day, I am becoming very desperate, frustrated and feeling all alone with stagnation in life. As I am seeing nothing is working for me. I’m doing Reiki as you have suggested in one of your blog for long standing problems.

But still all areas of my life are closed for me and not seeing ray of hope.

No sooner I started forgiving and thanking exercise 3 times a day, very next day I got call from my previous boss to come and join on same post.

How to deal with negative energy?

My neighbour is a very good friend of my father. He claims to be very good astrologer with accurate predictions.

Whenever he comes at our home he says that I won’t get married for next one more year, no matter how much efforts we put or good proposals come coz I have debilitated mars and ******.

My parents do not believe much in astrology but that uncle always says something negative regarding my marriage and now whenever any proposal turn down. My parents have also started saying that may be that uncle is right and this in turn affects my thoughts and positivity.

As we have familiar relations with their family, we can’t say directly anything to them. How to deal with this negative energy (thoughts) that he brought as he always discourages me and my parents.

Do the forgiving exercise for 100 times daily: “I Kittu forgive you … (name of the uncle). You please forgive me and release me”.

Everyday morning when you wake up, say three times, “I thank Mars and ****** for keeping this person away from influencing me”.

I am glad to inform you that after doing that forgiving exercise for a week, that uncle have said nothing negative. In fact, he came only twice in this month and both the time I was not at home.

He sent me some sweets and a gift also telling that he treats me like a daughter, so things are at peace.

Should I continue this or anything else?

Why we need to be happy?

To be wealthy, we need to be happy.

What is the basis of changing mental compartments?

Whenever you think that there is no source for money or today there is no money, especially for business persons, at that time you have to do this exercise.

Because, whenever there is fear or worry Lakshmi will not come. Therefore, you have to change your mental attitude.

It is one of the best NLP programs.

This is how brain stores everything…

Worry will be in one compartment…

Fear will be in some other compartment…

And joy will be in other compartment.

Some event is happening outside. Immediately, your reaction goes to the any compartment which you are used to.

For example, when there is no money immediately you will have fear – some type of fear, and worry.

If the event invokes fear means, immediately the brain will go to that compartment and will make you feel like that.

You won’t feel differently as you don’ have the habit of reacting differently.

If you do this exercise, then immediately there will be a shift in your thought pattern and emotional mind.

You can do this for any type of situation where you want a change in the (mental) situation.

How to become happy?

How to bring that in our lives?

There is a technique for that.

Whenever you feel sad, worried and fearful about money then do the following exercise.

There must be some period in your life where you would have been joyful and happier, and happiness born out of innocence. You would have enjoyed a joy of innocence.

Take that period as well as the current worrying period. Worry can be about anything.

We need to interchange them.

There is a technique in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), by which you can immediately shift your emotions.

Visualize a white screen in front of you.

That white screen is your brain.

Normally, how brain stores the images?

All the worries in life will be in one compartment.

Similarly, all the joys will be in another compartment.

Likewise, all your anger will be in some other compartment.

Similarly, all persons you like will be in another compartment and those persons whom you dislike will be in another compartment.

Like this, you can segregate all your emotions.

Close your eyes. Visualize a white screen in front of you.

Think about the joyful period in the past. You have look in which part of the white screen – in which compartment, you have stored it. Feel the joy within yourself and identify the place it is stored.

Where is my present state of worry, anger, sadness or grief?

We found two compartments.

Both of them are in different places. Bring the worry compartment into joy compartment. You cannot bring it directly. Take a round-about route.

Now, automatically your worry will be transferred into joy.

There is a period of abundance of money and a period of lack. Sometime you had money and now you don’t have much.

Do it once. Bring the worry into joy compartment and not the other way around.

By this way, you can turn your enemy into friend.

Bed-time Ritual

In one of the EFT class workshop, Naran asked the students to do an exercise daily using tapping.

Before going to bed, while doing tapping on ourselves, we need to remember all the incidents that happened during the day, and our reactions to it.

I found a similar exercise using Reiki-Past-Life-Healing Meditation CD is quite handy. The reason being, while we release memories of today, we could additionally release memories from incidents related to today’s incidents.

In one shot, all the related incidents could be turned to light and love.

The single most important advantage of this approach I found is all the new relationships formed doesn’t have the trace of the past. In case, if it does, it is easier to heal and form a new harmonious relationship.

Golden words are to be repeated

As guided by you in the past few weeks, I am calm and peaceful by myself. Now that the marriage is round the corner (of my niece – husband’s brother’s daughter), I need to attend.

All the past incidents of harassment, sarcastic remarks, aloofness etc. of my husband’s Anni is coming to my mind and I need enough strength to face it all this time.

I want to raise above all this silly behavior of others and come out successfully, to neutralize my karma.

Chant “I am sorry. Please forgive me”, as many times as possible.

Your anger and resentment – whether it is right or not – will upset your stomach, which in turn increases your insecurity.

Since yesterday, I am practicing as advised by you. I do not understand, why, often I get this thought flashed in my mind that I need to move away from my husband?

I do not know if it is a natural process. It is a soul-searching experience for me. I need your divine help and guidance.

I attended the marriage and chanted the Switch Words as advised by you.

I am back to Bangalore.

I am trying to find the golden nugget … May be my spiritual awareness is not enough to find one.

As I have disclosed to you before, I have this urgent need to go back to work in UK. I have contacted my ex-colleagues, friends, and contacts and passed on my resume.

Initially, they were very encouraging, told me to help me out with a job.

But as days went by, there is no communication from them regarding my application status.

Also, I have applied many jobs. It is Apply, Apply, but no reply.

I am chanting “TOGETHER DIVINE FIND JOB COUNT NOW ORDER DONE” and also recently after reading one of your blogs regarding chakra cleansing, I have chanting Bija Mantras (OM LUM…)

In between, I am chanting forgive exercise to my husband too. Please advise, what can be chanted.

I am writing this mail, rather after a long time. I am following the chants and forgive exercise as advised by you.

There are lots of changes in me. I am able to forgive many things now.

Though, I still remember the events, which had caused me so much anger, hurt and other negative emotions.

After forgive exercise, these emotions have drastically reduced to an intensity of zero!

I am now able to appreciate the switch word “CHOCOLATE” as suggested by you.

The golden nugget in my case is to get re introduced to healing techniques through you.

Thank you very much for your Grace and support you have extended to me.

The top most emotional layer of healing has taken place. As a result, my relationship with my husband has improved.

As regards to finding a job, this is the next layer to be dealt with. I am chanting and many times writing the Switch words.

CRYSTAL has strengthened my intention of job seeking.

I am now more confident and beginning to understand what I want. My previous emotional state of confusion together with mixed feelings is no more. I am more calm and focused.

Our friend – WOLF is bringing me some leads for job searching and I am working on it.

I have a problem letting go or forgiving people. Is there any switch word for it?

Naran

If you don’t do the forgiving exercise, you will undergo same emotions, even though situations may be different.

If you do not want to meet or interact with same people in future, Forgiving is the only way.

There is no shortcut for letting go the resentment and anger.

Do not act from ego; have higher perception and think that every event in our life is happening as per our desire. Before taking the birth, I want this life with these people to mend my life. But unfortunately after taking birth, we forget our commitment.  When the situation is created as per our desire, instead of learning lessons and moving forward, we get stuck and we refuse to forget or forgive.

What is the one that prevents you from forgiving? Release that and do it.

I Jay forgive you —–(name of the person). You please forgive me and release me. This can be done mechanically without the involvement of the heart.

Do I just have to fill the name or action that upsets me?

 “I Jay forgive you —–(name of the person). You please forgive me and release me”.

Take a person with whom you are angry. Insert his or her name in the space given above. Chant the same for 200 times a day.

Forgiving Exercise

Affirm, “I (your name) Robert forgive you Ashok (replace with name of the person to be forgiven). You please forgive me and release me”.

Questions regarding Forgiveness Exercise

I have two queries related to Forgiving exercise.

I have too many people to forgive in my life, so please guide me how to forgive them with once for all.

I see my husband is having so much resentment in his life with so many people but he doesn’t try to do any of the exercise to forgive and forget. So is there anything I can do on behalf of him, as it’s affecting my life all the time.

Take a list of all of them. Do the forgiving for all. Take one at a time. Chant 200 times for each.

You cannot do anything for somebody’s sake. What is your predominant thought or emotion when you deal with him? Release that one by one. If one goes, another will come. Release that also.
