Seeing ray of hope

I am facing challenges in my career for the last 4 years – no recognition from my managers/higher authorities.

Could you please recommend a mantra for me to get the due appreciation for my hard work from my current managers?

And though I am trying to find another job in a different company I just face a lot of obstacles and do not get any results from my job hunt.

Suggest a mantra /switch words I can use for attracting the right job where I will be successful and happy?

Let me give an example to make you understand that our future is not determined

In a typical office there is a conflict and arguments between office manager and the staff.

A staff member will have two options.

Either he can straightaway throw his job by getting angry and argumentative.

Many a time we succumb to our emotions and they guide your actions. We all know that. If you are able to be only like this, then the result is determined as what we expect to happen.

Or you can do the following, based on NLP:

Step One: Identify the emotion.

Let us say, we get angry. 

It’s ok. If we say then, “This is my anger”, it will be automatically gets reduced. This is one way of handling your emotions.

Step Two: Create the outcome you want.

Now ask the question, “What do I want from this situation”.

Analyze, “What’s my present state”. 

Then ask the question, “What do I want” or “What is the desired outcome I want here”.

Now we are forming a strategy here.

For example, if the strategy to create a situation is formed by the staff member then he won’t resign.

I am stuck with this management. The management is wrong by all means. I am stuck with this person even though I don’t like him: WILLOW, BEECH and WALNUT.

My son did his engg in Chennai and did his pilot course in USA.

He is back in Chennai and finished his exam for converting his US license to Indian one and waiting to get the license in hand. Meantime, he got an offer from Cathay Pacific in July 2012.

He should have started training by Jan 2013. But they delayed the process by almost one year. This year June when he met them they assured that training will start in Jan 2014.

He called them last week and he was shocked to hear from them that they are not going to recruit now. It is very upsetting.

Can you please guide him? Hope he will be able to get a pilot job.

REGAINED My Faith

Today, I listened to your SPECIAL MANTRAS CD while travelling to office. I felt immense gratitude in heart while listening to the DIVINE VOICE (I mean it).

There were some SPECIAL changes happening within when I completely concentrated with closed eyes and listened to “VALLABAM GAJAANANAM EKADHANTHAM”

As I had expressed my worry during our session in Mumbai that my entire marriage story/receipts in a file given to the lawyers was lost in mid-March by them.

This shattered my faith in lawyers, who happens to be very good to me and my parents, yet politically smart.

To my surprise, my lawyer calls me today the moment I enter office, when I stop the Mantra CD midway.

He told me that another lawyer has brought the file as he had forgotten the file in his room which they had not SEARCHED. My file was all alone, unhampered, and safe.

I regained my faith in my lawyers and totally BELIEVE NOW that they will get me JUSTICE.
