How Mind Affects Our Prana?

Anger and worry will reduce the Prana inside us. If Prana is reduced, then your physical vitality will also be reduced.

Within worry, there is fear and sadness. Anger has jealousy, envy, likes and dislikes behind it.

What will increase Prana then?

When you do yoga for example, it will and due to that, it stabilizes the physical stuff.

Prana also can be increased by having certain states of mind.

What are those mental states that increase the Prana and thus our degree of vitality levels?

According to Dr. Mikao Usui – the founder of Reiki, the following principles do that:

  •   Be honest

You should act with your conscience;

  •  Be kind to others – express kindness and love to others.

Even if you see a cockroach struggling to get up from its upside down position, you should help it, to regain its position. This single act alone can increase your Pranic energy thousand fold.

  •  Have an Attitude of Gratitude

For anything good done to us, we have to say thanks; especially for parents we have to keep on say love and thanks as we owe so much to them.

  •  Also say thanks to others – even to your enemy. He will become your friend then. Don’t have vengeance and hatred. They not only will sustain the enmity but will reduce Prana as well.

Even inanimate things like the house you live in – say thanks to them.

Wolf Saved My Life

My destiny changed on an Ekadashi day when I searched for Narayan in Google. I happen to come across www.naranonline.wordpress.com.

Being interested in healing right from childhood, I quickly realized that I was indeed guided by Lord Narayan to this site.

Being a complete newbie, I quickly started to read more and more blogs on the site about how Bach flowers work.

One day while scanning through blogs, I happen to come across the animal spirit section. I should be honest enough to accept that I was skeptical at first.

I mean “How can merely by calling upon Wolf can one receive help?” But then I had really developed respect for Naran even though I never met him.

So, I did give it a try with the mindset that “What’s the harm in trying”.

Ever since then I have never looked back. I have improved all the areas of my life significantly by developing a true friendship with Wolf.

Be it my education, money, relationship, even the smallest of my dreams I have seen coming true by merely calling upon Wolf.

Here I would like to make a point that at times my wish didn’t come true as well but when I later analyzed situations I realized they all were for my highest good.

I mean we humans are really sometimes foolish – we don’t even know what to ask for.

Get a promotion and find harmony as well

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.

But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.

I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.

I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.

Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

If there is resentment and anger then release that.

I don’t from where last page of notice has appeared in which it is mentioned that for promotion case HTET passing certificate is not required!

Now, I’m eligible to fill promotion form.

Write TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE in a paper and keep it under the pillow

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.

Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.

I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.

Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they  are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.

I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.

Thanks a lot for such beautiful and easy remedies which can heal difficult situations.
