Release the Enemy Within

Whenever I find any overwhelming emotions in the form of anger or hurt, I find saying the switch words, “TOGETHER BOW CONCEDE ADJUST FORGIVE PRAISE THANKS” very useful.
If I simply look at the feeling and say those words, the emotions simply vanish away.
Naran
Look at the emotions and say, “I release that part of my mind that is angry. I activate that part of mind that forgives”.
Another example is, “I release that part of me that vomits. I activate that part of mind that stops vomiting”.
You can also do this with whomever you are having problems.
For example, “I release the part which is resisting being harmonious with. I activate the part that brings in harmony, peace and love with so and so”.
This way you can do for any aspect of life. The reason it works is, we have several parts operating– each part taking us in a different direction.
The moment we become aware of it, the healing happens faster.

After employing the technique for a while, one thing I notice however is a sense of fear.
Naran
When one skin (emotion) is peeled off, another skin (another emotion) appears. Affirm, “I align the fearing mind with my fearless consciousness”.

Worried About Losing My Friendship

I have a misunderstanding with a friend of mine. I am not sure, next time when I meet her, whether she will properly talk to me or not.
For the last two days, I have this anxiety. So, I released all my anxiety. Now I feel ok.
However, I am worried, when I meet her next time how she will react and how will I handle it.
Naran
1. Release the anxiety (worry).
2. You are having a desire to keep the friendship going. Release this desire too.
You are only releasing the thought, emotions and desires. You are not stopping the actions (to be her friend).
Here, instead of the enacting the usual drama we create, we simply observe what is happening in our mind. We release and observe the whole incident as a third person.
Which is convenient – fearing about something or releasing?
In the end, we keep the mind blank – free from worries, anger and fears.
What are the ultimate results we gain due to this technique?
As long as we are working from a noisy mind, there will not be any solution to the problem.
By releasing all the emotions (and thoughts and desires) one after another, we are taking one step after another towards a litter-free (mind) zone, where we will be free of our emotions and thoughts.
Then the solution for the problem will be found automatically as that part of the mind (litter free zone) knows how to tackle the problem.
In this technique, we do no prayers.
If my house is full of garbage what will I do?
I will simply clear them isn’t it? When I remove all the clutters in the house it becomes good.
In the same way, I release all the clutters from my mind.
Desire is the motivator behind our actions. For me what is motivating me to seek friendship in my friend? There is a desire for approval operating in it. Release it.
When anything comes inside your mind, Just say, “Can I release? Yes. I release this. I let go this…”

Two months without salary

It’s been two months without salary.
Company’s operations are very slow due to unavailable operating cost, shareholders are fighting, though they have assets but to liquidate them is a long process, huge pile of debts in market and nil credibility with banks.
Seems company is going to close down in near future unless DIVINE INTERVENTION takes place. I even heard they are planning to retrench 70% of staff soon.
Please advise any chanting for company’s regular business so salaries are not delayed further…

Sorry Naran, if it’s annoying you but being single parent Ineed to assure financial assurance for me and my kids. Besides chanting the above, do I need to chant anything else?

Salaries are released and all pending payments are settled… Thank God!
I am so glad that my boss is now allowing me to work couple of days to work from home when he is not in town. This way I can spend more quality time with kids and I pray Divine light to help me getting some tuition for evening, as additional source of income.

Why something never happens in our lives

What’s the SECRET behind the fact that some things like “Buying My Own House” never happens?
These emotions, thoughts and desires are consciously operating. But, there’s one thing that unconsciously operates which is called as (internal) resistance.
For us, in our lives something never happens (whatever we might do). Who is responsible for that?
It’s we who are responsible for that.
I want to buy a house but I couldn’t buy it.
I want to get married but couldn’t get married. Why?
While there is some force behind “Wanting to get married”, then there is also an unconscious force that is equally operating that works towards “Not wanting to get married”.
When two forces equally strong operate from opposite sides, then we would be stand-still.
It is like while you give a throttle to the car, you apply for brakes also. Then the car will not move from the current place.
For all matters of life, this concept can be applied.

If the desire is to possess somebody, love eludes. When there is no love but only desire, you will attract one who will have desire to possess others also.
For most of the people, desire is operating and not love.

“I release the part of me which is desirous to possess. I align with the part of me which truly loves others”.
Taking this as a rule, analyse your past life.
