The unfinished and unresolved parts of me e.g. my anger or my judgment about others are coming out in the form of other persons.

When you see them you get angry you dislike them you start criticizing them as if they were not yours.

In other words, your own anger takes the human form reminding you about the past unresolved conflicts.

Instead of repeating what we did in the past, giving Reiki is breaking the pattern.

Why and How to Release Emotions and Expectations

Financial worries and other such stuff takes up our mind. So we become a 24/7 worrier. Our energy stuck up in our heads and faces.

The Switch Word CANCEL removes this thought pattern, just like the Bach Flower Remedy WHITE CHESTNUT or better WWC (WHITE CHESTNUT, WALNUT and CRAB APPLE).

When you RELEASE or CANCEL the thought pattern associated with our goal and desires, then the desire manifests for the good of everybody concerned in the manner you require.

We need to RELEASE our past – the unwanted luggage that we are carrying.

We had to RELEASE our anger against others and the associated expectations about them.

Let us say you are about to leave for an opportunity abroad. Immediately your mind starts dreaming, expecting things and making lots of plans. Thus, you go into a CLEMATIS state.

This interferes with the flow of things, stopping them happening in the right way, and sometimes disrupting the situation.

Therefore, we have to RELEASE our dreams and expectations.

If we take (Bach Flower Remedy) CLEMATIS, we stay in here and now, enjoying the present. This helps us to handle the future better.

How to acquire a good breathing pattern?

  • When you meditate, place the index finger at the base of the thumb on both the hands. Breathing will get deeper and you could meditate properly, as shallow breathing spoils it.
  • Don’t take the index finger straight away move your finger to the base of the thumb. First touch the tip of thumb with the index finger. Then after some time, move the index finger to the middle of the thumb, and finally the base of the thumb.
  • Don’t do it mechanically. Feel the breath with a conscious awareness.
  • Observing your breathing is also a good way to meditate. This is part of meditation known as Vipassana meditation.

Space Meditation

  • After learning to breathe well, do the space meditation.
  • Be aware of the space between the chair you are sitting and the wall. Don’t look at the wall. Instead look at the space between you and the wall.
  • This is known as ‘Space Meditation’. Keep the eyes open throughout.

Bach Flower Remedies as Aids to Meditation

White chestnut helps to remove our thoughts, Chestnut bud not to have any distractions and Willow if you think one or the other bothers you.

Chant Mantra during Meditation

It’s nature of our mind to cling to something. You can choose a mantra to do that. After sometime you should be able to say goodbye to it. Mantra itself is not divinity. It means constantly thinking about a word, which is a mantra. Ultimately that also should go.

When it will go? We don’t know. May be, it’s not in this Janma.

Simple ways to meditate Part I

Meditation is an experience that nobody can teach you.

Neither can we go to deep into meditation suddenly as it’s a practice and a habit that is formed over a period of time.

Meditation means, to remain silent. Though, thoughts keep appearing.

If any thought is present then it’s not meditation. How to remain thoughtless though?

Remaining silent with releasing techniques

How to remain silent in spite of thoughts?

Mind can cling to picture or a mantra.

Do we have a mantra for silence? There is no mantra for silence.

However, there is a technique to create silence. The technique is as follows:

  • When a thought comes don’t resist it. Say inside you, ‘this is my thought’. Thus, you disassociate yourself from the thought.
  • Then ask the question to yourself, ‘Can I let go this thought?’ It will go. You can also say “release”. Then it will go.
  • Now, there will be at least a one second gap between thoughts. This is equivalent to one hour of meditation. In general, we never have a gap between thoughts. In general we might have ten thoughts in one second.
  • If you do not want the “let go” step, then form your own mantra or word. When we say that mantra, we create a gap between the thoughts.
  • When a thought comes, interrupt it with the mantra and you will become silent. When another thought comes, say the mantra. The silence in between the mantra is meditation.

Need for pranic and physical bodies to be in coordination

Our pranic body and physical body have to be in coordination. Otherwise, we can’t meditate.

If we regulate our breathing pattern or do pranayama then they will be in coordination.

This is because both breathing and prana have the same origin. When breathing is regulated, prana is regulated too.

Pranic body has to be clear of impurities

When the pranic body is clean, then the meditation can be done successfully.

Why so much impurities in the pranic field?

It’s due to the mind. My own sadness and worries create these impurities. With the help of pranayama, one can clean these impurities.

The case of the missing baggage

My husband travelled to China for a week officially.

On the way back, his flight was from Shanghai-Bangkok-Mumbai. He reached Mumbai on 22nd May early morning at 1am.

After about an hour realized that his baggage had not arrived. Jet Airways gave him a settling allowance of Rs.4000/- for the night. They told him that they will retrieve the baggage within 24 hrs.

Back home, the whole night was spent restlessly but with the hope that it would be found by the day. On 22nd May at around 9.30am I called Naran.

Told him the scenario and he asked me to chant “WATER VIOLET ROCK WATER GORSE CHESTNUT BUD”.

Only a day before, I mailed to him for our pattern in losing things or money during travel (CHESTNUT BUD).

I kept chanting. The whole of May 22nd there was no proper response from Jet Airways. They said that Sri Lankan Airways missed the transfer between Shanghai and Bangkok. They would coordinate from Mumbai on the same.

On 23rd morning they told us that our baggage had been traced and will reach us by the evening. I decided to continue chanting till the baggage reaches our hand. Naran also told me to do the same.

On 23rd evening, they informed us that Sri Lankan Airways is yet to dispatch the baggage. The same script was maintained by them on every time.

I kept chanting but sometimes I was losing hope, we were getting irritated about the whole episode and a lot of charged emotions were in place at home.

I decided to try to reach the Sri Lankan airways on 27th may and ask them what had happened to the baggage.

At this point Naran asked me to additionally chant, “REACH BAGGAGE” or “FIND BAGGAGE” along with chanting “SCLERANTHUS IMPATIENS” with the other 3 flowers. We excluded CHESTNUT BUD.

They told us very clearly that the baggage had been dispatched on the very next day itself and had reached the Mumbai airport on 23rd May early morning flight and they had a proof of delivery.

They asked my husband to go personally to Jet Airways at the airport and check with them. They also said that Sri Lankan Airways would speak to Jet Airways if required at the Mumbai airport.

I informed Naran of the development and he asked me to chant and take WILLOW when we speak to them. Also to chant REACH BAGGAGE HALF WAY DIVINE.

I did these and my husband went to the airport. The Jet Airways personnel insisted that they did not receive the baggage. Sri Lankan Airways people spoke to them.

Jet Airways realized that they must have received the same. So they told my husband that they will search further and will get back to him as soon as possible.

I continued chanting through the night as well. The next day morning 28th May, much to our surprise our baggage got delivered at home at 7am itself and the baggage tag said it was delivered Mumbai airport 23rd May.

We lost an iPod and a watch from inside the pouches of the suitcase. Jet Airways has promised to retrieve them too!!!!

My husband does not believe in flowers or any alternate healing methods.

Thank you Naran! Thank you flowers….!!! I prostrate before the magical powers of the Flowers!!!!!

Reach and Find are switch words. Why REACH baggage and FIND baggage?

Find baggage for the self (the loser): he wants to get the baggage somehow or other.

Reach baggage for the other (finder): The airport people totally forgot that they have received the baggage. To help them retrieve from memory, Reach is chanted.

WATER VIOLET, ROCK WATER, GORSE and CHESTNUT BUD are Bach Flower remedies. Water violet, Rock water and Gorse are remedies for Traveler’s Delight.

Chestnut Bud was suggested for they were losing things and learning to correct their mistakes. Use WATER VIOLET and ROCK WATER when you deal with government officials.

SCLERANTHUS and IMPATIENS are Bach flower remedies. When you are impatient (IMPATIENS), the other person would react slowly (SCLERANTHUS) – pair of opposites.

WILLOW was prescribed for blaming and getting irritated with airport authorities.

REACH BAGGAGE HALF WAY DIVINE: half way will speed up things and it has to be done in a magic (Divine). HALF WAY DIVINE is a good combination for not getting stuck up in traffic.

Confused about going back

After six years of divorce, he suddenly contacted me, and said sorry for his behaviour, and asking me to come back.

Four to five days back his mother got heart attack. She is in hospital now. She is recovering (I too prayed for her recovery).

Now I’m very much confused. I am feared to go back to him.

Please suggest solution – a remedy for me, to take a firm decision, which will be good for both of us and our families.

What is the basis of changing mental compartments?

Whenever you think that there is no source for money or today there is no money, especially for business persons, at that time you have to do this exercise.

Because, whenever there is fear or worry Lakshmi will not come. Therefore, you have to change your mental attitude.

It is one of the best NLP programs.

This is how brain stores everything…

Worry will be in one compartment…

Fear will be in some other compartment…

And joy will be in other compartment.

Some event is happening outside. Immediately, your reaction goes to the any compartment which you are used to.

For example, when there is no money immediately you will have fear – some type of fear, and worry.

If the event invokes fear means, immediately the brain will go to that compartment and will make you feel like that.

You won’t feel differently as you don’ have the habit of reacting differently.

If you do this exercise, then immediately there will be a shift in your thought pattern and emotional mind.

You can do this for any type of situation where you want a change in the (mental) situation.
