Make your job permanent

My job is on contractual basis in a central government institute. No permanent position they are offering. I want my job to become permanent in this institute.
How should I get help of universe?

Then forget about trusting that the universe will take care of that.

Key to Find Lost Items

This is a feedback on using a time tested method of Naran S Balakumar for lost/found item(s).
Last week, a colleague at work within a span of one and half hour saw the cabin room keys were missing from the table where it was kept.
As it was quite early, people who had access was narrow but it was also a sensitive issue to take up before being sure.
Also, due to some construction work quite a few outside laborers and other students etc were moving in the area.
Chanting “REACH” and “FIND” all day was of no avail.
For weekend the security duplicate was used.
This morning, I wrote on a paper, “CERATO, CHESTNUT BUD, ROCK WATER, REACH cabin keys” and asked Wolf (who else?) to help.
In less than an hour, the head called and said that there is a set of keys found by the electrician and asking for verification if it was the one that was lost? It was indeed!
The staff electrician said some student found it fallen in corridor. How and when etc no idea as it was also a Sunday Yesterday.
The person who took it with the purpose of making a duplicate set was a possibility. However, the matter was not pursued further!
Due to the divine flower remedies the matter did not take any serious turn and one more instance of amazing results in managing life problems!

Magic can happen!!!

I came across SWITCH WORD concept in August 2013. I was very much amused and fascinated by this.
And specially after reading knowledgeable and useful blogs of Naran, I believed though there are miseries, unwanted situations, fear in our life, we can definitely CHANGE them with such wonderful gifts of nature – BACH FLOWERS and ANIMAL SPIRITS.
There are many day-to–day life situations and events, where I and my family members are using and applying Switch words, mantra and Bach flower remedy.
In my case, success was not 100%, but still I very much believe in this knowledge.
Magical Experience
In February’2014, I was travelling to Bangalore with my friend. Our flight was in morning and got delayed for 3 times.
We were having breakfast at Coffee shop (CCD) that is at another extreme end, very far from our terminal gate. As flight got delayed again, we were relaxed.
I was feeling very drowsy as I had got up very early to reach the airport. And other friend was busy on her phone. Somehow, we totally forgot to check time.
And when we checked our watch, we just ran!! We saw, our boarding gate was closed.
We requested them, to open it but they were not authorized to do so. We could see our flight in front of us, but couldn’t get in.
In that panic moment, I called up WOLF and FOX (I recalled this suddenly, while dealing with officials and airport staff call Fox). Then next thing was rescheduling of our flight and taking our luggage back.
All the time I was talking to WOLF. We knew that there will be a great price hike for current Ticket and we were upset about that.
I was in complete hopeless stage, as for this trip my Husband was in a denial mood. Since morning he kept talking, “You are going to miss your flight.”
My friends said that she can bear hike up to Rs. 5000 or so. I didn’t think about any amount. Somehow there was faith that some magic is going to happen.
Even I asked my friend, not to produce any intentions/ vibrations regarding money.
While waiting to claim baggage and cancellation of tickets, I called up Shobana Madam.
She told me to chant, and write these flower names on paper, and to keep it in hand while dealing with authorities, “WATER VIOLET, ROCK WATER, GENTIAN, WILD ROSE”
Immediately, I prepared 2 chits of paper for both of us. I told my friend, not to talk any money part at all. But she keeps on saying that she can bear 5000 Rs. and I kept chanting.
1st magic moment – we got our luggage very soon. Girl at counter exclaimed with wonder that how we got our luggage so early n fast!
2nd magical moment – at ticket counter, we went to reissue next ticket for afternoon flight. We gave our old tickets, to subtract that much amount from current fare.
And to my wonder, I couldn’t believe this, when they said, “You need not to pay anything!” I got ZERO hikes for next flight, and my friend paid 5600 Rs hike. There was a sigh of relief!!
I thanked everything – Bach flowers, Animal guide, Shobanaji, airport staff, Cell phone – thru which I made calls, and many more things and thanked that SITUATION, which taught me many lessons.
Last but not least, after arrival at Bangalore, we got few co-passengers till our destination, which again saved our excess expenditure on Taxi.
I don’t know what MAGIC was behind this. But YES, Magic does happen! Only you need to trust it, deep within your heart.
Two months without salary

It’s been two months without salary.
Company’s operations are very slow due to unavailable operating cost, shareholders are fighting, though they have assets but to liquidate them is a long process, huge pile of debts in market and nil credibility with banks.
Seems company is going to close down in near future unless DIVINE INTERVENTION takes place. I even heard they are planning to retrench 70% of staff soon.
Please advise any chanting for company’s regular business so salaries are not delayed further…

I am so glad that my boss is now allowing me to work couple of days to work from home when he is not in town. This way I can spend more quality time with kids and I pray Divine light to help me getting some tuition for evening, as additional source of income.

Our future is not determined

Let me give an example to make you understand that our future is not determined
In a typical office there is a conflict and arguments between office manager and the staff.
A staff member will have two options.
Either he can straightaway throw his job by getting angry and argumentative.
Many a time we succumb to our emotions and they guide your actions. We all know that. If you are able to be only like this, then the result is determined as what we expect to happen.
Or you can do the following, based on NLP:
Step One: Identify the emotion.
Let us say, we get angry.
It’s ok. If we say then, “This is my anger”, it will be automatically gets reduced. This is one way of handling your emotions.
Step Two: Create the outcome you want.
Now ask the question, “What do I want from this situation”.
Analyze, “What’s my present state”.
Then ask the question, “What do I want” or “What is the desired outcome I want here”.
Now we are forming a strategy here.
For example, if the strategy to create a situation is formed by the staff member then he won’t resign.

Magic of Abundance CD

I am sorry that I am writing so late but have been immersed into too much work. I had shared with you in the abundance workshop in Mumbai on how ABUNDANCE CD helped my region achieve our sales targets.
We had a huge sales target for the month of March, being the financial yearend we need to do deficit of all other months.
On the 27th of the month, we had achieved only 50 % of our target and I was desperately writing switch words to bring new customer to center. Then it struck to me to use ABUNDANCE CD available in the center.
Since then it was pure ‘MAGIC’.

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.
But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.
I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.
I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.
Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.
Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.
I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.
Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.
I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.
