Naran S Balakumar
If you ask the children to do Mudras, they won’t do it.
While they are sleeping, put the rubber band on little and ring fingers with thumb touching them. Keep it for half-hr to one-hr and then remove the rubber the rubber band.
Between the age group of 3 and 10, the children normally catch cold. If they catch cold once in 3-4 months, then it is good because the immunity is being built up.
However, if they catch cold once a week then indicates their immunity is less.
Building up one’s immunity means, building up red blood cells in our body. The Pran Mudra improves red blood cells and adjusts the white blood cells.
It also works very well for anemia.
