Instructions to use BIO-SALTS

Every time, when the remedied water is given, stir the water 2 or 3 times with the spoon. Keep some water over night, and on the next day, add some more water and the pills or tablets.
They can be taken 3 tablets straightway.

Healing inside the Mother’s Womb

Please do advise me as to what I should do in Pondy (Pondicherry) for furthering my healing. I shall be spending a week in the (Aurobindo) Ashram guest house.

While in Pondy, go to ashram as much as possible.
Mentally:
- Prostrate to all the plants and trees who were then with the Mother
- Prostrate to all the plants and trees that are now there in the ashram
- Prostrate to the cows and people who serve the ashram
- Prostrate to the earth wherever the Mother walked
- Prostrate to the chairs and beds where she used to sit and recline
- Prostrate to every article that she used
And:
- Give Reiki to the ashram
- Be in silence and in meditation totally
- Chant “I AM SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE LOVE THANKS ALIGN WITH DIVINE CENTER”. Say this to every organ, every chakra, every tissue, every system, and every process of the body.

Why we need to regularly cleanse the cord at the solar plexus level?

All the physical matters have their counter parts in etheric world. E.g. if blue sapphire is the stone found underneath the earth, its counterpart should have appeared in ether “prior” to its formation.
In other words, any physical matter is the child of etheric stuff.

Earlier when someone asked a mantra for hair loss, you told them to chant “OM PRAAM PREEM PROWM SAHA SHANAYE NAMAHA”. Can anyone chant this?
In the net I found that this is a Shani (******) mantra. How is this related to hair fall?

Either you can chant this mantra or Blue Sapphire. The gem stone belongs to Shani (******).
If the hair fall is too much, one looks older. This is done by the afflicted energy of ******. Hence the prayers to STOP the hair fall. Praam means stop.

INSTRUCTIONS TO INVOKE STARS
Each star has a resource or potential.
You can request them to be with a person, be with us, or be active in our house. You can call and invoke them.
They have different combination of rays – some has three rays, and others five or six rays. Which means, when they travel they come in the form of certain no of rays.
- Don’t try two stars at a time. It shows your anxiety to heal something. Try one thing at a time.
- I tried and sharing some benefits I witnessed. There could be more. Therefore, Dare 2 Do IT and share your experiences with others.
- We can invoke them like animal spirits and flower remedies, though we have to be in a certain position. Be in the sitting position, with no crossing of the legs (read the section below).
- Affirm like this, “Ashwini be active and sustain in the energy field of me”; or we can pray to it, “Ashwini please heal so and so”.
- Program for 24 hrs at a time.
- Just intention will do.
Position to do this Exercise
It involves four breathing cycles:
- First cycle: inhale, and hold the breath for one second. Visualize on inhalation, a ray coming from above the head, into the crown chakra and entering into the hear chakra. Hold that ray in the heart chakra.
- Second cycle: inhale, and hold the breath for one second. Visualize energy coming from the earth towards heart chakra (from below).
- Third cycle: inhale, and hold the breath for one second. Visualize a ray coming from the heart, down to the right foot; goes through it, comes behind the right foot and moves upward; and over the right shoulder back to the heart.
- Fourth cycle: inhale, and hold the breath for one second. Visualise ray coming from the heart, moving upwards; over the left shoulder; behind the back and downward to the left foot; from the left foot, moving upwards on the front, back to the heart.
Why we do this exercise?
When the energies of the stars enter us, the rays of the light are too strong to bear them. Therefore, we have to ground them and handle them properly.
Though you call them in singular name, visualize five rays for all the stars, when you are not sure of the no of rays.
Even if you do it wrongly, it will always flow as certain no of rays. Before you could visualize, it will flow.
This is the theory behind polarity. The moment you think about the rays, polarity is established.

This star can be invoked and called whenever you are weak and in a healing room, where you were giving Reiki or Pranic healing.
Ashwini comprises of three stars and they put together looks like no 6.
Visualize the room as triangle and fill it up with rays from Ashwini as the rays comes as in the form of triangle.

What is the one thought or word that comes to your mind, when you are afraid somebody will criticize you?

Always one expression comes to my mind. It is ENNA ADIPANGA – ‘people will beat me’ in Tamil. I don’t know why. I am 30. Yet I get this word always.
Naran
Keep chanting that word in Tamil.
Imagine yourself going down the inside staircase of a drinking Well that you will find in rural part of India. There is nobody around. It is dark inside. You hear only that word.
Do it for at least 10-15 minutes.

The word simply changed to PADIPANGA – ‘they will study’ in Tamil.
I have prepared notes for my final year engineering students. May be this word gives me a feeling they will appreciate my words.

Go deeper now. Keep chanting the word PADIPANGA now for 10-15 minutes.

Now I hear the word MATHIPANGA – ‘they will respect me’ in Tamil.
I guess my students will appreciate the notes and the work I have done for them.
What I notice is when I hit upon this word, my body, mind and feeling seems to be in sync with each other. I feel quite elate and excited.

The results were announced two days back. We have got 100% pass in the subject I have taken for the first time in my college.

Understand the messages with the help of Bach Flower Remedies
Take Bach Flower Remedies VERVAIN and HEATHER to understand those messages.
Put the pills of Vervain and Heather in a bottle of water. Take it with you.
Visit your neighboring park and with a research attitude note down all the words that you hear.
Sip the water now and then.
All words that you have captured, will give you a beautiful meaning to your life.
Alternatively, go to a temple and listen to the conversations that are going around.
Do this exercise, once in two months.
There are always three view points to an event
An event can be in the form of an incident or a conversation that we overhear or behavior of a person that we are attracted to and notice.
For an event, there can be three different viewpoints about it.
One is ours. When we analyze from our viewpoint, then it will be termed as a judgment about the event.
When we analyze from other man’s point of view, then it will be termed as an understanding of the event.
Finally, the third perspective would be the viewpoint of the divinity that’s expressed through the event.
The last viewpoint is the subject of our discussion.
Why we need to know divine messages behind an event?
There will be a lesson waiting for us, on how we should think and act, so that our journey moves towards divinity. To do that, we have to observe our life as a third person.
These divine messages also can come from children or sometimes even at the sight of a bird or an animal.
Do a bit of an analysis
If we listen dispassionately to a conversation that falls into our ears, there will be a divine message waiting for us.
Though, we have to do a bit of analysis and dig that message out.
Do that by asking the question – what is the divine message waiting for me here to be unraveled?
Analyzing like this is nothing but a form of meditation.
This helps us to go deeper within one self, making the mind travel within.
In general, the mind has the tendency to go out. But this exercise helps us to take it the reverse direction.
Therefore, a dispassionate observation is a must for us to follow.

Divine message guides us in every way.
Daily seeking the message of God and keeping a Spiritual Journal is necessary.
This will help us to understand the messages delivered by god and direct us in various ways during the course of our lives.
