Need not be afraid to give presentations

I want to share my experience and express my gratitude.

On June 20’14 our VP was arriving from Hong Kong to meet us and see how we were performing.

Our manager asked us to prepare individual presentation to show what we have been doing here since we joined and tell him about our contribution towards this business growth. 

This was the first time in my service of 12 years I was giving a presentation. I had no good ideas about presentation but I am top performer in my team. 

I was afraid I am working in this company for last 5.8 years now and if I do not present well then people might doubt about my ability, I was nervous. 

I started reading the blog and found one situation matching with mine and then I call Shobana madam and asked if I can follow the below and she suggested yes its good while attending any meetings.

What I did the before day of the meeting?

Made 2 concentric circles

  1. One with my name in the centre and WATER VIOLET, LARCH, GENTIAN and WILD ROSE in the outer circles in that order
  2. Another one with my name in the centre along with the person I was making the presentation to, date and location and ELM, GORSE and HEATHER in the outer circles in that order.

Kept these two papers in my file and started my day chanting Ambika mantra;

Tons of thanks to Naran, this amazingly worked out, sequence of what happened:

  1. As I got into the office, the VP was just come in car behind me; I was the first to meet him and wished him good morning. 
  2. I was so confident and we went to the meeting room again all the seats we occupied and only one chair next to VP was left. I had no choice but to sit. He started talking to me while other team members were quite nervous, I was not and was very casual with him
  3. I was the last to share my presentation and it was really amazing that is was not nervous at any point and was able to present well about our team work.  Our VP told it is good to see my presentation where I have used some words which no one has used. I was very happy.

The day was very smooth. We had lunch with him and our manager was very happy that we all presented well very on the day.

Once again thank you, we are blessed to have you on earth sent by god to advise how to lead life easily.

Help me control my negative thinking

I am a regular follower of your blogs.

I used animal spirit HORSE in office as I had no proper support from my senior.

I kept the HORSE as my desktop saver too – not one but three horses.

I daily request horse to help me control my negative thinking about others as I do not get proper support from the required seniors.

After 10 days, the person with whom I had problem called me and said sorry.

He also promised me that he would be supporting me from here afterwards and that we will help the company for better prospects.

Earn Without Employment

After attending Naran Abundance workshop I did the “ABUNDANCE PROGRAMME”. 

I started it almost after 15- 20 days attending the workshop. 

Here I am listing all things regarding money or somehow related to it.

In the past I was penniless

Before that I like to tell you few words about my situation.

Right now I am not working. I left my job after marriage, due to some family issues.

It was almost 3 years back. And that was hard time for me.

Even though we have enough money in house, I couldn’t spend.

Even for small amount of money or small expenses too, I felt like beggar, jilted and distress as Hubby not used to give me money in hand due to our loans and not even for day-to-day expenses.

Today my situation has changed

In all these days, there was not any single moment of denial or refuse from husband, while giving me money.

And that was the biggest surprising part for me.

In this period I paid all my debts. (It was not very heavy, every time when my husband denied giving me money).

It was with my sister and friend. Now only remaining part is my mother – who helped me in form of money, when we bought a house.

She didn’t ask me to return anything. But still I feel I should give all her money back and other is workshop fees that I attended in Mumbai.

4th day – I got a call from old colleague. He is going to start his own company and he wants me to join there, but this is after few months in this year.

6th day – I wanted to return some money to my friend, which he gave me in my need,(3 months back)  when I was afraid to ask/ demand money from my hubby.

Somehow, I wanted to return it at earliest. But, there was no money source for me. And after writing 5th statement I was crying. Hubby asked me the reason.

And for the first time I had the courage to tell truth to him that I borrowed money from someone and that I was feeling guilty on how I will repay to them.

The person who used to get so furious on such things was completely calm and gave me money to return, without saying a word.

10th day – without applying anywhere, got a call from some job site, that too on my 3-year-old resume.

11th day – surprise shopping for me from hubby.

13th day – been to interview. Same day got another job call.

15th day – 2nd interview.

16th day – got selected in 1st interview, but I was not keen to join. Again hubby gave me some money, without asking.

17th day – got a credit note of almost 25,000 Rupees from Mobile Company.

5 months back my hubby gifted me a smart phone, which suddenly stopped working. Service center people said that it got damaged and un-repairable.

And that same service center gave us a credit note same as the original purchase amount of phone. It will get cleared within a month. Nobody could believe that I am getting money instead of replacement!

27th day – Hubby gave me some money for doctor visit, which was 3 times extra of normal fees. He didn’t even ask me about remaining money, or bills, which he used to ask after every visit.

29th day – 2nd interview, cleared 2nd round. Got selection call in evening.

Again I couldn’t join here, because of family issues. Was little upset, but knew something good might come in future. 30th day- again some surprise money from hubby.

I am not getting my promotion

One person joined a new company.

He worked in the company for one year. He was due for a promotion but he did not get it.

So he thought that this company is not the right company for him. He was contemplating to resign and started searching for a new job.

At that time he developed a back pain. There is no problem in the office, but he is thinking that he is not given promotion.

I asked him the nature of his back pain.

He said that while sitting there is no pain. But while walking or climbing the stairs, he gets a back pain.

Here the body conveys to him, “The place you are sitting is already secured. Why you need to go elsewhere. Why do you want another job? You are already secured”.

I told him that this company is by all means secured.

Now, he has to make a commitment, ‘I will stop searching for a new job’.

If the pain reduces then the diagnosis is correct and he has to continue in this company.

He took the commitment. The pain got healed and he stopped searching for a new job. Till to-day he has been in the same job, for the last 7 years.

Seeing ray of hope

I am facing challenges in my career for the last 4 years – no recognition from my managers/higher authorities.

Could you please recommend a mantra for me to get the due appreciation for my hard work from my current managers?

And though I am trying to find another job in a different company I just face a lot of obstacles and do not get any results from my job hunt.

Suggest a mantra /switch words I can use for attracting the right job where I will be successful and happy?

I am doing the same for last 10 days. Day by day, I am becoming very desperate, frustrated and feeling all alone with stagnation in life. As I am seeing nothing is working for me. I’m doing Reiki as you have suggested in one of your blog for long standing problems.

But still all areas of my life are closed for me and not seeing ray of hope.

When you pray for others…

Thanks a lot Naran for making us knowledgeable about Black Tourmaline and also the technique you taught “Pray for someone who is very desperate like you in a certain entanglement and you’ll be healed and blessed with the solution “.

I wished and prayed   for a job for my cousin who was desperate for it. It turned out very surprising he got it and is leaving tonight to join tomorrow.

Indeed even I got an offer in ORACLE (BLR), a dream company for every IT student where I hadn’t applied also. But circumstances are such that I am not able to accept the offer and make the dream come true bcoz now I have a goal of becoming an entrepreneur. Even that day is not too far.

Thanks a lot once again from the bottom of my heart.

Actually, BLACK TOURMALINE should be called as BRIGHT TOURMALINE….

Growth factor

I got a really good new position this month within my company because of the reorganization (but I have not moved to the new position yet). But, today I came to know of my bonus and salary increase for last year’s performance and it was not good.

My previous manager who hired me in my post last year is no longer with the company. She promised salary hike this year as I moved from another department, but never told HR or wrote it in paper. That is the reason; my bonus and salary increase has been affected.

I spoke to my current boss about it and he said he will talk to HR and also to the head of our department to address this issue. I’m praying that they will increase it to what my old boss had promised. Is there any switch words that I can say for it?

A way to CLEAR off your debts

I came to know about your blog on Aug 15 2013. I saw one switch word combination, “MOVE ON FIND COUNT DIVINE JOB” for getting a job. I started chanting it from Aug 15 itself.

I had been trying many ways to increase my finances and increase higher and continuous inflow of money into my life. My ambition and dream is to have financial freedom.

Recently I came to know about switch words. Do switch words work 100%? Actually, I am writing this mail to you mainly for the ‘Abundance’ CD that will work on the subconscious mind to attract more money into my life.

So I turned to spirituality to raise my standard. Not only my financial development, but my spiritual and all-round development is dependent on money. I feel switch words are a gift to me from the universe for my years of quest to change my life. Please help me with effective ways to manifest money along with switch words.

Release all your aversion to the present state. Any state we have to accept and overgrow it.

“I don’t like my work. I don’t like the place. I don’t like my present life. Life is full of compromises. I don’t have financial freedom. I want a life of my own” – if these thoughts occupy the mind, money will not come.

Money will flow in when you willingly accept the situation. Any situation is designed by God.

Start liking the job. If you do it with aversion, and don’t contribute your work with full heart, you are stopping your growth.

Daily thank the company who gave you the employment. Thank all the people in the office. Start liking the place.

Compromises are there in everybody’s life. They are made to move forward in life and not to get stagnated.

Write “DIVINE LOVE MANIFEST IN MY HEART”.
