Feel Depressed Due to Menopause

I am going through menopause symptoms. I am aged 46.
I feel very depressed, sometimes too much angry, want to cry loudly on some old issues of family, feel lonely and think that life is useless.

Blissful Office Atmosphere

I am facing many problems in office such as missing of files and important documents.
Some of my colleagues are not talking to me without any reason. Some colleagues talk to me very rudely.
Work distribution is on partial basis. My seat is overburdened than other seats. Sometimes I feel politics all around.

Not ready to go for a divorce

I am really tired of waiting to get initiation/news, words from my husband as he is not at all in contact with me or my family for last 2 months. We all tried very much but failed.
I am doing forgiving exercise for husband and my MIL more than 25 days now, but still no result or reply from his end.
Everybody in my family is asking me to take decision and to divorce him and start new life. But I am really not ready to do so.
Sometimes, I wonder why this person marries me, if he really doesn’t have any regards or interest in family life.

Water, trees and bird droppings

I need some mantra or remedy to cut a tree which is causing a lot of nuisance. Our neighbors are not allowing us to cut it. It is on the road somewhere in between our gate and neighbor’s gate.
The problem is that the dried leaves, branches and many bird droppings fall in our compound. First of all no water in our area and it becomes a problem to clean all these things.

How to acquire a good breathing pattern?
- When you meditate, place the index finger at the base of the thumb on both the hands. Breathing will get deeper and you could meditate properly, as shallow breathing spoils it.
- Don’t take the index finger straight away move your finger to the base of the thumb. First touch the tip of thumb with the index finger. Then after some time, move the index finger to the middle of the thumb, and finally the base of the thumb.
- Don’t do it mechanically. Feel the breath with a conscious awareness.
- Observing your breathing is also a good way to meditate. This is part of meditation known as Vipassana meditation.
Space Meditation
- After learning to breathe well, do the space meditation.
- Be aware of the space between the chair you are sitting and the wall. Don’t look at the wall. Instead look at the space between you and the wall.
- This is known as ‘Space Meditation’. Keep the eyes open throughout.

White chestnut helps to remove our thoughts, Chestnut bud not to have any distractions and Willow if you think one or the other bothers you.
Chant Mantra during Meditation
It’s nature of our mind to cling to something. You can choose a mantra to do that. After sometime you should be able to say goodbye to it. Mantra itself is not divinity. It means constantly thinking about a word, which is a mantra. Ultimately that also should go.
When it will go? We don’t know. May be, it’s not in this Janma.
Degraded her Designation

Girija is a personal assistant to a general manager. Suddenly she was asked to become a telephone operator.
Her ego was hurt. She thought they have degraded her designation.
