Your in-laws are your parents

I am married a few months ago and have problems with my mother-in-law. She is the possessive type.
When my husband, she and I go out, she wants to sit in front in the car. Whenever my husband and I go out for a vacation, she would call him and ask him to come back.
She decides everything for us and we have no freedom as husband and wife. My husband follows her blindly without questioning.
How am I to solve this problem? I want my MIL to leave us to enjoy our marriage life.
I love my parents very much and I want my parents to stay near me and I want to take care of them forever.
At the moment my dad is jobless and he is always sad because of that. I hope he can get a job somewhere near my place so that my family will always be next to me. And, I want my parents to live long.

Love your mother-in-law as much as you love your parents. What all you want to do for your parents, do for your mother-in-law.

I got a really good new position this month within my company because of the reorganization (but I have not moved to the new position yet). But, today I came to know of my bonus and salary increase for last year’s performance and it was not good.
My previous manager who hired me in my post last year is no longer with the company. She promised salary hike this year as I moved from another department, but never told HR or wrote it in paper. That is the reason; my bonus and salary increase has been affected.
I spoke to my current boss about it and he said he will talk to HR and also to the head of our department to address this issue. I’m praying that they will increase it to what my old boss had promised. Is there any switch words that I can say for it?

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.
But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.
I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.
I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.
Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

Now, I’m eligible to fill promotion form.

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.
Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.
I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.
Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.
I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.
Thanks a lot for such beautiful and easy remedies which can heal difficult situations.

There is always a saying that marriages are made in heaven. Is that true?
And if so then why there is negativity like divorce, extramarital, and even more than that?
I am very much afraid of this issue as it’s a lifelong decision and relationship.
Is there any switch word which all can chant to have a successful, happy and respected marital life either love or arranged.
Any switch words that can keep harmony not only in couple but also between two families because sometimes we see that due to family distances, fights arise.
And also anything after which there should not be any regression about marriage decision?
I know you are the only one who can clear my questions and hope so many people wants know it.

Fear is hallucination.
Fearing about something is happening in the mind only.
The mind is unable to perceive the future and therefore indulges in thoughts that produce fear.
Instead of becoming inquisitive, the mind pushes you in fear or in darkness.
What is this fear? Fear manifests the very same event which we do not want.
Understand that every emotion has got individual consciousness.
Fear is born because future is unknown. Anything unknown is darkness. Darkness – fear – will be no more, when there is light.
When the fear appears, think that it needs light. Say, “Fear SET FREE, OPEN, ALIGN yourself with the LIGHT and RELAX me.”
Read again and again all the answers and blog postings and meditate on each and every answer.
You will know everything that you need to know.
Too much of thoughts – unwanted thoughts – obsess you and you have forgotten to listen. Listening happens when we become silent and Truth will reveal itself when we introspect.
