Common solution to the housing problem

This is a general question which I think will be benefited to all. Gone through your site – all mantras, remedies are fantastic. Main thing I noted is shelter problem.

Real estate is in peak today and due to this house rent/land rate is too high which affects lower and middle classes. Living in rent in a decent area or purchasing flat and house – everything is a difficult for them.

Hence, my humble request is to suggest remedies/mantras to peak down I.e. nominal value for land and so that all will be benefitted.

Don’t go by general interpretation of anything. Each one is unique. Each problem is unique. There may be similar problems but not same.

The problem in general is high rent, peak of land or house price. But each individual, undergoing this problem will react in different ways:

“It is the world of cheats. This is a bad phase in my life”.

“I am destined to suffer”

“Prices will never come down. We can never have a peaceful life”

“I feel like bursting out”.

“Everything is going beyond limits”

“What can we do? We have to accept and move on.”

“Something may happen. Prices will come down”

“God is not helping the poor. He is by the side of the rich only”

Each will be in a different state of mind. Each will react differently and approach the problem differently. Therefore it is not good to suggest a common solution to all.

In the above situation, what is the one general advice that can be given?

One has to bear, with fortitude and courage to face any situation. If this mentality is developed and or if one is in this state of mind, things will improve.

How to cultivate this or develop this state? How to transform one’s mental state into this?

Flowers are the answer. There are four (Bach) flowers that can help anybody in the above situation:

  1. CHERRY PLUM (to bear, and endure so that our limit to earn is enhanced)

Your mantras worked like wonders

I have decided to move on to High Court with the opinion of my senior. But to go to High Court I need to travel to 2.30 hours morning and evening.

But I want to join the High Court to continue my practice. I want that such a travel won’t affect my work and my health at any cost. I want to devote to my work 100% and want everyone will like my work there.

Besides working, I want to earn to sustain myself so that I won’t depend on anyone for money matters. As it is my start at High Court so they rarely pay to their juniors. I don’t want to depend on my family or anyone during my internship.

So pls help me to overcome this kind of fear and I want to shine like a star at my workplace.

What’s the SECRET behind the fact that some things like “Buying My Own House” never happens?

These emotions, thoughts and desires are consciously operating. But, there’s one thing that unconsciously operates which is called as (internal) resistance.

For us, in our lives something never happens (whatever we might do). Who is responsible for that?

It’s we who are responsible for that.

I want to buy a house but I couldn’t buy it.

I want to get married but couldn’t get married. Why?

While there is some force behind “Wanting to get married”, then there is also an unconscious force that is equally operating that works towards “Not wanting to get married”. 

When two forces equally strong operate from opposite sides, then we would be stand-still.

It is like while you give a throttle to the car, you apply for brakes also. Then the car will not move from the current place.

For all matters of life, this concept can be applied.

I wanted to narrate an interesting episode regarding switch words. There was renovation going on at home and I was using switch words and Mantras with great results.

I was talking about this to a friend who immediately mentioned that he has a problem. He said that he had an agreement with a builder to build some apartments in his land. The construction was completed and he moved in to one of the apartments.

However, there was an additional room, which was to be used as a boutique by his wife. This room was also completed, but for 7 months they were unable to utilise the room as the electricity department had not given the required clearance. The officials were citing the deviation in the original plan as the reason.

They had been really running from pillar to post but they were unable to get the connection even after paying additional money as bribes. Going by how Naran S Balakumar uses switch words I asked him to chant, “FIND DIVINE ELECTRICITY NOW ON”, assuming his wife may not really want to chant.

After this conversation, I was very busy with some work and I completely forgot about this whole episode. An hour later, I saw four missed calls from my friend whom I had spoken to earlier.

I called him and he sounded very excited and said that after I had given the switch words to chant, he had called his wife and asked her to chant the same. Within 20 minutes of chanting there was a call on the landline. It was from the electricity dept!!!!

The officials said that everything was cleared and that they would give the connection the following day. The next day the connection was given.

My friend is still unable to stop talking about it!!!!!!

Converting unwanted to wanted

Ram had problems with his brother Sundar, for the last 15 years, after his brother had cheated him to the tune of 1 crore of rupees.

While Ram was suffering like anything, Sundar was doing well by all means. Sundar’s business was growing leaps and bounds. He could get his children married easily and so on.

On the contrary, Ram was struggling financially. All his attempts to get his daughter married proved futile.

For last six years, I was giving several healing techniques to Ram. He was following them judiciously. Over the course of the time, he could get his money back from Sundar. Though, he could never release his anger for him.

He came to see me last week in regards to his daughter’s marriage. There were two prospects, but neither of them is committing for the marriage proposal.

I asked him to do the following technique based on the fact that he is jealous of the progress of his brother.

I asked him to close his eyes. Then visualize his house in a screen in front of him and mark the place and then his brother’s house in the same screen. He had to move his house slowly towards his brother‘s house to merge both.

He did this for a few days. One of the two prospects agreed to marry his daughter.

How can I use this technique when I am single and have to do this technique to attract a suitable girl into my love-life?

You will know somebody who can attract himself a girl-friend or bride. Visualize yourself, shifting yourself into him. This way you are developing in you the capacity he has.

I don’t want to become like him, as he some bad aspects about him

He might have other qualities which you don’t like. Don’t worry as you are only intending for the capacity you lack, which you want to develop in yourself.

Why ring finger represents water element?

How ring finger doesn’t represent earth?

If ring and middle fingers are activated by pressing them with the tip of the thumb, then urine flow will increase.

By doing it, a particular Mudra is activated and kidney is activated too. That’s why ring finger represents water.

Earth will not move. It is stationery. If earth is represented by ring finger, as per the books, then how can it increase urine flow? It cannot.

While water is moving, earth is non-moving. That’s why I have changed the ring finger into water element.

One more thing, water always represents life and relationships. Exchange of rings happens from the ring finger, when we get married. That’s why it represents water (element).

Activating fire element

Instead of touching the tip of the ring finger with tip of the thumb, keep the ring finger at the base of the thumb. Water flow will reduce.

If water is not distributed – reduced, fire element will increase.

When fire is increased, catabolic activity will take place and is very useful for weight loss. Extra fat will be eliminated.

Considering this fact, don’t do this (Fire) Mudra for 24 hrs continuously and next day check your weight in the weighing machine 🙂
