I went through your website and found the following things useful in my life.
Studies well
Whenever my son doesn’t study well, I simply chant “FIND WHY Akil studies better these days”.
Invariably, he finds excuses to study, yes excuses. I don’t care as long he studies, with or without complaints.
Being happy
After consulting you, I chant “FIND WHY <my spouse name> is happy”.
Somehow, things turn out to be well between us.
Either, I do something that makes him happy or he does something which is a happy thing for him. In the end, both of us are happy.
I also say the same thing, “FIND WHY <my name> is happy”.
I start doing things that makes me happy – simple things like going to a movie, somehow finding time to read and finish a novel, and so on.
Healthy by all means
I worry about my health a lot.
I chant “FIND WHY <my name> is hale and healthy”.
I realize that I have started doing things healthy and avoiding things that are not good for me.

How does this work?
One part of us knows how to be happy and how to make things happen. We activate that part by these chants and affirmation.
How to create the affirmation?
Start it with the words “FIND WHY” and then fill it up with anything you want – as though it has happened, which can be in English or any language of your choice.
For example, when you want your servant to come regularly for work, you can do any of the following two:
Chant “FIND WHY my servant comes for work regularly”
Or say “FIND WHY <in your language why she comes for work regularly>”
You Will Be Greeted With Love
Naran
Visualize all are talking with you in love and kindness.
Visualize everyone you meet and greet you with love.
Before attending a wedding (or any function), visualize all the people in the marriage hall greeting you with love and talking to you with loving words.

Create Good Fortune and Luck

Preparation Steps
Think what fortune means for you.
Let us first find out the meaning of fortune. Now close your eyes and give a command to your mind like, “What is color of fortune?”
Whichever color strikes your mind then that is the color of your fortune.
Now draw a circle in a paper. Color it with whatever color you have found out to be your color of fortune.
Paste that paper on the wall in line with your eyes.
Mentally visualize the following steps
- Your Hara Centre (chakra) creates all your luck, fortune etc. Visualize a tube of your fortune color from your Hara Centre and touching the paper pasted on the wall.
- From the paper, the same color tube extends itself to touch your Heart Centre.
- From the Heart Centre to the Hara Centre another tube is present.
- By this you are forming a triangle.
- Meditate on this triangle for some time.
If you do this regularly, you will get good fortune and luck. Whatever luck comes from the Divine, let it come.

Do you know why she doesn’t appreciate?
Patient: My wife loves me a lot. She is a very considerate person. At the same time, when it comes to my way of doing, she is highly intolerant. Surprisingly, she tolerates others’ mistakes to a greater extent – this includes my parent’s actions too.

I will teach you a simple method here.
Affirm as many times as possible:
“I RELEASE the PART of ME that is criticized by me”.
“I OPEN ALIGN WITH the PART of ME that evokes her tolerance to PRAISE me”.
You can write them too.
The letters in UPPER CASE is fixed. The rest of the statement, you can fill with whatever you want. This way, you are releasing the behavior you don’t want and activating the behavior you want in others.
Stop your negative reactions

Is there is a simple way to react negatively to others?
Naran
If somebody is dead, will you react to them negatively?
In the same way, if you feel somebody is irritating or provoking you, think that you are dead, becoming non-reactive.

For the following imaginary life situations do the releasing techniques mentioned in the articles referred above:
- Power cut, when you are having your dinner.
- When you leave the house to drive to Airport, you realize your car key is missing.
- You are a branch manager of a bank; gave a loan believing that the client would submit the document the next day. For the next three days, he didn’t.
- You are invited to lecture on a topic. You prepared well and delivered it. After the event, many in the audience said that they knew the stuff already.
- Feelings and thoughts about an unreasonable spouse/co-worker/servant
- When a cop demands the driving license, you proudly showed it. The cop retorted, “What is this! You are showing an expired license!”
- You have ordered for a takeaway. Friends have arrived, but not the dinner. The caterer phone switched off.

Be with your feelings
Naran
Focus on the feeling, with Adi Mudra.
Say, “Yes, there is … (mention the feeling here, for example, a feeling of sadness)”
“I welcome this … (feeling)”. But, can I let go this feeling?
If you get the answer “yes”, then just say, “I let go of this … (feeling)”
Is the feeling is still there? Ask the mind, “Can I let go just 10% of the feeling?” If the answer is yes, then proceed further and let go another 10%.
Still you are unable to come out of stagnation.
Now, observe your thoughts.
Can I release this thought?
If the answer is yes then say, “I release … (thought)”
If the answer is “no”, then ask another question, “Is this thought useful to me?”
“No.” means you need to let go of the thoughts. Release all the thoughts one by one.
Find out which desire is behind the emotions.
Is it the desire to control or change the person or event, or the desire for approval or the desire to feel more secure? Ask the mind again.
If there is desire to control or change ask, “Can I release the desire to control?”
Yes means, “I accept my desire to control but I let go this desire to control”.
Is there any desire for approval? (Desiring for praise, recognition)
If yes means, “I just release this desire for approval.”
Is there any desire to feel more secure? or is there is any fear?
If yes means, “I release this desire to feel more secure; or i release my lack of trust ”
After some time, there will not be any feeling or thought. Peace dawns. Now take the required action.
