Make your job permanent

My job is on contractual basis in a central government institute. No permanent position they are offering. I want my job to become permanent in this institute.

How should I get help of universe?

Healing and Happiness Comes to Me in Many Forms

Dear Naran,

Hope you are doing well. I am following your healing techniques, switch words, Lalitham mantras, and bija mantras diligently.

I just wish you to know, that I have a temporary job in Singapore now.

The pay is not so good but “FIND COUNT DIVINE” and “SRINIVASA ARAVINDALOCHANA” has helped me to live in abundance and small amounts of money have trickled through, when I had chanted “FIND COUNT DIVINE”.

For example, one day, I had to shell out on taxi fare, which is too much for my budget. Since, I had no choice, but to spend I started chanting “TOGETHER DIVINE FIND COUNT”.

Immediately, I got a call from a person, who said that he is doing a health-related survey for Singapore government and he will pay me if I allow him to conduct a survey!

It all took about 40 minutes of my time and I was paid for it! I spent for the taxi fare, and the divine heard my pleas through “FIND COUNT…” and compensated for my expenses.

In one of your own blogs, you had mentioned about switch words for job “QUIET CLEAR GO ADD END BRING GIVE TAKE job COUNT NOW DONE” and after chanting, I got this contract job.

I am doing well in my job. FORGIVENESS exercise has mellowed my Boss.

OAK, WALNUT and ELM has helped me to learn new things and also to complete my tasks on time.

Help is pouring from colleagues, because I am totally new to this field and no mistakes are allowed here.

By Divine’s grace, my mental and physical health too has improved.

The mantra “VALLABAM GAJANANAM” has helped me to time manage.

The Bach Flower remedy HORNBEAM has cleared my Monday morning blues.

“RELEASE RESISTANCE TOGETHER DIVINE” has become a family saga! Looks like everyone in the family are aligned with one another and harmonious.

Blissful Office Atmosphere

I am facing many problems in office such as missing of files and important documents.

Some of my colleagues are not talking to me without any reason. Some colleagues talk to me very rudely.

Work distribution is on partial basis. My seat is overburdened than other seats. Sometimes I feel politics all around.

If there is any strong and effective switch word to overcome all these problems and for smooth and secure running of job under a blissful and light atmosphere.

Kanji symbols are not like letters found in other languages, which can be strung together to form words.

In fact, every Kanji symbol depicts an idea (or word).  Kanji symbols are basically pictograms or ideograms.

Because they are pictograms, they can convey the idea to the subconscious mind easily.

Stability can be found easily – Case History

One day a client of Naran phoned up and said his company is sending out most of the people. However, he wanted to continue working there.

He wanted his management to retain him because at his age he cannot find another job easily.

From his expressions, Naran found that he wanted stability. He gave him a stability symbol (48) and asked him to paste it on the chair that he sits in the office.

Till now the client is continuing in the same company, even after retrenchment of so many of his colleagues.

Facing lots of hurdles to get what I want

I am writing this message with lots of depression and tears.

I got an admission into PhD more than 2 years before…yet I haven’t started my research work.

I am fFacing lots of hurdles at my lab and with my teachers and colleagues. I’m a very sincere student from childhood.

But, now I became very useless as no one is allowing me to carry out my work at my lab.

Applied for many scholarships but nothing worked out. People who are of less knowledge, skills and liberal at work are getting selected for stipends.

Even at my home also no one is listening to others so lots of disputes are arising everyday among all family members.

All these issues at home and college are making me more depressive. Even I’m trying for suicide also though I am against to it.

Office Remedies Part II

I am stuck with this management. The management is wrong by all means. I am stuck with this person even though I don’t like him: WILLOW, BEECH and WALNUT.

Friendly with my own group: I will talk only with people from my region – WATER VIOLET.

On the contrary, if one says people from a particular region/group/country are bad then it is WALNUT.

BEECH and WALNUT will help us to build a rapport among colleagues.

Sacking an associate: I have to fire somebody for some valid reasons. I am in CENTAURY state if I don’t want to hurt them. I am in PINE state, if I feel guilty after firing him.

My inquisitive associate: My associate will dig lots of information from us. He will ask numerous questions. But will not answer to any of our questions: HOLLY, WILLOW.

Get a promotion and find harmony as well

I’m a science teacher in Haryana govt. (TGT Grade). Last month, department asked for promotion case for Biology lecturer and the eligibility required was M.Sc., B.Ed. I send my case.

But know in yesterday’s letter they have put condition of Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test qualification certificate, which was never a condition beforeor earlier. Candidates are required to submit their forms within a week.

I think it is only my hard luck that this condition has been put as TGT’s were not required to pass this test earlier.

I have lost my sleep as this time, all the vacancies will be filled in 2 months for lecturers and there will be no further scope for promotion in coming next 10-15 years.

Plz suggest me some mantra or anything to help me to get promotion.

Since you suggested I’m chanting TOGETHER PRAISE DIVINE daily.

Though, I could not write it in notebook for 3-4 days as I was out of station but later I finished those pending pages also.

I am observing a slight change in my staff member’s attitude towards me. They are softer to me.

Although, they have not given me a king’s throne, without any clash they  are trying to finish their answer sheet marking, assessment of children in school, which otherwise a govt. teacher do with a very slow pace causing delay in result preparation.

I hope this chanting will make my colleagues more honest to their work and bring harmony at my workplace.

Not getting appreciation

Even though my husband is working hard, he is not getting appreciation. He doesn’t have job satisfaction. Because of office politics he is suffering a lot. His colleagues and manager are trying to spoil his name.
