Manage a negative-minded spouse

My brother has lost all hope as his wife is not co-operative, negative-minded, and selfish, blaming personally and never satisfied how much you do for her.

Tell some remedy or mantra for my brother so that he can handle the situation. My brother just wants to give divorce to his wife.

It’s really difficult for him to control the situation as she blames him for everything but then when he asks her for divorce, she doesn’t want to give to him.

Breathing Stops Not the Life

I was listening to the “Circulation Breathing” CD for at least 30 minutes. It runs for 48 minutes.

I wanted to share the experience I felt while listening to the CD.

I was listening to the CD immediately after I woke up in the morning.

As I breathe in and breathe out as per the chanting of the Bija Mantras in the CD, after some time my physical breathing stopped and felt no need to breathe at all.

Of course, I feel like to breathe again.

Naran

No need to fear as after a few minutes you will feel the need to breathe and you can start to breathe again as per the rhythm of the chanting.

Whenever our physical breathing stops, while doing circular breathing our pranic body starts breathing in full.

This will do for us. It will improve our energy level as well.

Found a Prospective Buyer

We had purchased an independent house for the purpose of investment but unfortunately we didn’t get much rent/returns as we expected.

We have been trying to sell this residential independent house for quite a long time. People come and finalize the deal. After some time, they drop the offer and go away. This has happened two times.

Also, we are finding it difficult to get buyers and to sell off the property.

Clients are My Eye Openers

Question: Every time after you finish your consultation with us, you say ‘Thank you’. Having received help from you don’t you think we need to say thanks to you instead?

Let me tell you a case history.

The other day, my eyes were reddish. I was chanting ‘LALITHAM LAMBODARAM’ and yet found no relief.

It was around 6.30 AM and I received a call then. Because it was very early in the morning I thought the matter had to be urgent. So, I picked the call with a sense of apprehension.

It was from my student Sangeetha. She wanted to report me on some healing that happened to her. For last few months, she was finding it difficult to read newspapers.

So, she took a bowel of water, and keeping her eyes opened she cleansed them, while chanting the switch words “CLEAR POINT”. The cleansing method is taught in yoga classes.

She was doing it for last one month. Now, she was able to read better. Saying this she hanged up the phone without adding anything.

I just did the same and my eyes got better.  Don’t you agree now my students and clients are my eye openers?

Surprised It Worked Out So Well

I want to report that I had buyers for almost all my items. These funds helped me greatly during a more difficult time.

I will also say that the things I didn’t sell are those I felt in my mind that did not have any real value for anyone. So, I know it was only my own mind which prevented me from selling it.

I was surprised that it worked out so well since I had never sold before! Thank you!!

Release the Enemy Within

Whenever I find any overwhelming emotions in the form of anger or hurt, I find saying the switch words, “TOGETHER BOW CONCEDE ADJUST FORGIVE PRAISE THANKS” very useful.

If I simply look at the feeling and say those words, the emotions simply vanish away.

Naran

Look at the emotions and say, “I release that part of my mind that is angry. I activate that part of mind that forgives”.

Another example is, “I release that part of me that vomits. I activate that part of mind that stops vomiting”.

You can also do this with whomever you are having problems.

For example, “I release the part which is resisting being harmonious with. I activate the part that brings in harmony, peace and love with so and so”.

This way you can do for any aspect of life. The reason it works is, we have several parts operating– each part taking us in a different direction.

The moment we become aware of it, the healing happens faster.

After employing the technique for a while, one thing I notice however is a sense of fear.

When one skin (emotion) is peeled off, another skin (another emotion) appears. Affirm, “I align the fearing mind with my fearless consciousness”.

Nail Biting

Nail biting is mostly an expression of tension in anticipation of a difficult situation or of parental punishment with inherent guilt feelings.

Give the child the Bach Flower Remedies WHITE CHESTNUT, MIMULUS, PINE and WALNUT, each three doses.

Or put the pills in a bottle of water and give it to the child as sipping throughout the day is better.

I Keep Seeing Accidents

Lately I am seeing quite a number of accidents on the road. Few days ago, I saw a cruel accident – a man trapped between big tyres of a container truck.

I was almost vomiting. After seeing any accident, it is very difficult to erase from my mind.

Chant “SWEET CHESTNUT, ROCK ROSE, PINE, TOGETHER FIND DIVINE ORDER”, whenever you travel.

Explanation

Seeing a cruel accident – cruel is the key word for ROCK ROSE

It is very difficult to erase from the mind: really needs WHITE CHESTNUT, but the situation will bring out the unknown fear which calls for ASPEN.

However, the situation is so gruesome that instead of White Chestnut, SWEET CHESTNUT was suggested.

The mind would be in a self-blaming state, “Why should I see such accidents?” and “What karma I did to witness such accidents”. Hence, PINE was suggested.

Working long hours

My husband is in a software company and he wants to move out of it. He leaves home by 7:30AM and comes back only midnight after 12 daily!!!

As he is having more than 20 years of software experience, he is finding it difficult to get a job elsewhere.
