I am desperate to lose 10 kgs in a month – have tried a lot, but no joy. I eat sensibly but still do not lose weight.

I am chanting “ROCK WATER, OAK, CRAB APPLE” at the minute.

Naran

Chant “ROCK WATER, OAK, CRAB APPLE, RELEASE RESISTANCE, CHANGE DIVINE ORDER” over a glass of water 100 times and drink that water.

Do it three times a day.

Overweight girl

I have been chanting for reducing my weight. Unfortunately, I have not lost any weight at all.

I also bought CRAB APPLE Bach flower essence, mixed a couple of drops with 500 ml water and drinking it and still no joy.

I am desperate to lose weight. What can I do?

Don’t expect the worst anymore

Healing and Happiness Comes to Me in Many Forms

Dear Naran,

Hope you are doing well. I am following your healing techniques, switch words, Lalitham mantras, and bija mantras diligently.

I just wish you to know, that I have a temporary job in Singapore now.

The pay is not so good but “FIND COUNT DIVINE” and “SRINIVASA ARAVINDALOCHANA” has helped me to live in abundance and small amounts of money have trickled through, when I had chanted “FIND COUNT DIVINE”.

For example, one day, I had to shell out on taxi fare, which is too much for my budget. Since, I had no choice, but to spend I started chanting “TOGETHER DIVINE FIND COUNT”.

Immediately, I got a call from a person, who said that he is doing a health-related survey for Singapore government and he will pay me if I allow him to conduct a survey!

It all took about 40 minutes of my time and I was paid for it! I spent for the taxi fare, and the divine heard my pleas through “FIND COUNT…” and compensated for my expenses.

In one of your own blogs, you had mentioned about switch words for job “QUIET CLEAR GO ADD END BRING GIVE TAKE job COUNT NOW DONE” and after chanting, I got this contract job.

I am doing well in my job. FORGIVENESS exercise has mellowed my Boss.

OAK, WALNUT and ELM has helped me to learn new things and also to complete my tasks on time.

Help is pouring from colleagues, because I am totally new to this field and no mistakes are allowed here.

By Divine’s grace, my mental and physical health too has improved.

Progress in finding a job

Explanation

When you are unsuccessful in getting something done, it means there is a resistance to do it. So “RELEASE RESISTANCE” was added to the basic mantra for job finding “FIND DIVINE ORDER COUNT NOW DONE”.

Vallabam mantra is given in the first place for back pain as well as job. When a person is jobless, he may feel insecure, and this could cause a back pain.

Communication with girlfriend

I have been reading your blogs since past 3-4 months. I’m amazed with your switch words and Bach remedies. Please help me with my relationship.

My girlfriend broke with me 3 months back because of money issues and problem with her father.

Goals Achievement through Reiki Part I

How Reiki works in achieving our goal?

All our desires and intentions can be fulfilled with the help of Reiki. It works as per our intention.

As you intend, energy flows towards that direction or goal. Though, it might take its own route.

Why some goals are not achieved?

Some of our intensions are always fulfilled – say for example eating Dosas or going to Mumbai by flight. Though, there are desires that are not fulfilled.

Why? It means the energy of those desires is very low.

Let us say we require X degrees of energy to get the work done. We have only X – 30. Then these desires can’t be fulfilled. So it has to be increased to make our intensions fulfilled.

How to increase the energy level behind the intensions? Give them Reiki. This will boost the energy level of them.

For anything that’s not happening in your life, give it Reiki. Reiki can change anybody’s life. It’s a subtle form of energy, result of which, we may not be able to see immediately.

Affirmations and Reiki

If you say, “I want to be successful in business” then it means that there is a lack of success in business.

This area (business) is not receiving required energy either from body or mind. To make it successful, give Reiki – the universal energy to that area.

Write the goal as if it happened and give Reiki to it.

How Reiki Works Here?

I am not successful in one area of life because there is internal resistance – otherwise known as psychological reversal or internal sabotage mechanism.

When an intention is unfilled, it means it requires some more amount of energy.

Let us say we have 30 no’s of energy, while 70 is required, then the remaining energy can be generated through Reiki.

Reiki channels are successful because they work on the affirmations with lots of perseverance.

When we fail we form a belief, a self-limiting belief. We have to remove that from the mind.

We can remove it through Reiki. None of your intentions will go unfulfilled, I challenge you on this.

Not able to get accommodation

Client: For the past three or four months we are trying to get the accommodation for type 5 quarters. We are currently staying in type 3 quarters (smaller house).

My husband is a government employee and we are due to type 5 quarters (it’s a bigger one) for several months.

Naran: You are not able to get that.

What are the feelings you are having?

What if you don’t get it?

Client: I am unhappy about it.

Naran: How you are maintaining that unhappy feeling?

You have been saying you are not getting the apartment that is due to your husband.

What is the thought that goes on in your mind?

Whom you are blaming for this situation?

You have to consider all of them.

What are you doing about the situation?

Client: We are trying for the same. But for several reasons like – the type 5 apartment is not available and the houses are given based on priority, and we are not getting the apartment yet.

Naran: What are the other thoughts you are getting?

Why you are not getting the accommodation?

Who is responsible for that?

What are the feelings you get – like for example, “It is not unfair that houses are given first to senior people”?

List all of them.

Whatever you thoughts and whatever you had said about the individuals concerned – the people who had to allocate the house for you, just list them out. Release each and every one of them.

What are advantages going to type 5?

What disadvantages staying in type 3?

Write them out. Why I want to move away from type 3 quarters? There has to be some reasons. List them out, one after another.

There is one problem over which you might be thinking about. We need to unearth those thoughts.

Now work on your “Likes and dislikes”.

Presently there is lack of space means that it’s a dislike isn’t it? Therefore, you don’t like the current house. Then how will you get a new house?

As long as you don’t like the present house, which means you are rejecting the present house, you will not get any new house.

It’s a rule, “Accept the present that you don’t want, to get the one you want”.

Therefore, you to need to accept whatever are available to you currently and you release all the dislikes that you have about your present house.

You are continuously cursing that the space in the current house is not enough.

What will happen if you continue to do complain?

Even if you move to bigger house, eventually you will be faced with lack of space. How?

Your husband will get more books and some of your relatives will move in. In the current house, her husband has completely filled one room with books.

Another rule: same reaction will get you a similar result, if not the same result.

Say “I release my desire to go to type 5 quarters”.

This is very important.

Unconsciously you have the resistance to go to type 5 quarters. Therefore, say, “I release my resistance to go to type 5 quarters”.

What is meant by resistance to type 5 quarters?

There is a desire to be in type 3 quarters. Unconsciously,   you want to be in type 3 quarters because there is some advantage staying there.

Client: The advantage staying in type 3 quarters is that we are staying in the ground floor.

Naran: You have a desire to be in ground floor. This desire stops you from moving to type 5. Release that desire to be in type 3 quarters.

For all (troublesome) situations we are the reason behind it.

Whether she gets type 5 quarters or not, that is a different issue. Clean the clutters of your mind.

If you have the feeling, “Let it come when it has to come” then only it will come to you.

Instead, till such time (until you get the type 5 quarters) a fight goes inside, spoils your mood and you feel tensed all the time.

In addition, always you are angry about concerned authorities and criticizing the government officials. Release each and everything.

In the morning (before you came for the class) you would have picked up a fight with your spouse. You can release that even now (thus past is healed).

Whenever you had given me SW for healing for my present relationship, I felt some hope and felt that I must cross this hurdle and then everything will be alright.

So pls tell me can I still expect to get him back. Then what to do?

If you say to chant anything, for any number of times, in any mudra I will follow the same.

Till then I am just chanting “RELEASE RESISTANCE TOGETHER DIVINE LOVE”, thinking about him.

Do not hang on to anything.

Chanting is the only thing that you should do. If your mind is on what you get, you will be disappointed.

Getting what you want may give you happiness. But after sometime, it may give you dissatisfaction.

When you are ready to accept what is offered by the Divine, you will be happy. This is the only way escape karma – I mean its effect.
