How to Find Growth and Progress in Life

On both hands, touch index and middle fingers with thumb on both hands: MOVEMENT MUDRA.

We say, ‘Even though I work hard, I don’t get due recognition’.  Some actors even if they act well they don’t get popular.

In the same way, in any field if you want to grow, put the Mudra and watch a red candle.

Why red colour for both – to reduce anger and have a change in life?

Red is the beginning. Life’s beginning is red.

More and more you want to do well in your field you need to do this. If you want promotion or growth in your office, you can do this.

Improve Your Decision-Making

Naran

Be in the following Mudra for 30 minutes:

  • Thumb touching the index finger (both hands)
  • The rest of the fingers at the base of the thumb.
  • The index finger induces thoughts. It will be from a higher perspective, which was created by placing the other three fingers at the base of thumb.
  • When the other fingers are placed at the base of the thumb, the opinion of thoughts will be devoid of emotions and ego.

You can chant “SHIVOHUM” which improves your decision-making based on divine guidance.

You can also chant the mantra while doing the Mudra.

How to handle people who are angry?

If someone is angry against you, the FIRE element is more inside you.

To pacify it, you have to react in a different way. If you activate WATER and EARTH elements, then you will become patient and relaxed.

The PRAN MUDRA – little and ring fingers touching the tip on both the hands, will activate your earth and water elements.

When such an unusual response is given – instead of reacting with other person angrily, you treat him in a peaceful manner, then the opposite person don’t have a choice but to react in a different way.

We can also reduce our Anger.

Heal the Pranic Field…

How do we get oxygen?

We get it through our food. If you are stressed out then you won’t feel like eating properly.

If we say oxygen is life, does that mean that if we bring a dead body and give oxygen to it, then it will come back to life? No.

What is the secret then? Oxygen is bound with Prana –the universal energy. Lack of Prana is A-Prana. Oxygen is also bound with A-Prana.

Prana means life. A-Prana means death. When Prana enters the body, A-Prana enters too. That’s why when we take birth we had to undergo death as well.

When we inhale, we are inhaling universal energy. The transaction between oneself and god is Prana.

Prana is composed of five elements — water, fire, water, space and earth. The earth energy comes from vegetables and food.  By taking in water, we provide energy to body.

The Pranic Body is affected by…

When we go through certain emotions, the body changes it pattern of breathing.

When we get angry–the breathing is rapid and shallow. When we worry or be fearful, we don’t breathe at all. Immediately, the Pranic field is affected.

Thus, when we change our breathing consciously, then our emotions change automatically.

Breathing through the right nostril stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, while the left nostril activates the Para-sympathetic nervous system.

In fact, if you close the right nostril, automatically you will relax without any conscious effort, because breathing through left nostril increases the coolness of the body, while breathing through right nostril stimulates heat.

When the body’s alkaline is7.4 then it will be healthy. If it is less than 6 then it will become unhealthy and thus acidic. Calmness increases alkaline, while stress increases acidic.

In any situation where there is hue and cry, for example a funeral, A-Prana is high. That’s why when you enter such a place you feel negative. In hospital too it’s high. If A-Prana is pre-dominant then we will die.

Incense bought from shops has nothing but chemicals. So it creates A-Prana instead of Prana.

In general, we go to many places and thus meeting different people, and then we will get more A-Prana. When we have more A-Prana then we face a virus attack including AIDS virus.

Heal the Pranic Body by…

By doing deep breathing the Pranic body can be cleansed. An ionizer can increase Prana in your system.

Lemon removes A-Prana. So we do Drushti (negative aspect due to astrological signs, for example) removal with lemon.

Keep Rock Salt under bed mixed in a bowel of water. After 24 hrs throw the water away. The salt water absorbs negativity. That’s why we feel better when we go to a beach. Sodium Magnesium potassium is in the rock salt.

A famous film actor when he was dying felt extremely stressful. Salt water was kept under his bed and he slept peacefully during the last three days of his life.

Salt water also immunizes us from any side effects in the treatment. This is the experience of a student of Naran.

How to get more oxygen to our systems?

But oxygen is very important to cells…

How to rectify that? Function of breath is to give oxygen to cells.

Why do cells require oxygen?If a cell gets enough oxygen then there won’t be any abnormal cells.

Lack of oxygen is the primary reason for cancer and viral attacks. A cancer cell thrives where there is less oxygen. If a cell is deprived of oxygen for 36 hrs, then it becomes cancerous.

Virus and cancer cells thrive in lack of oxygen.

Cancer is created by atmosphere we live in. This is the bottom line as per cell biologists. Hydrogen peroxide tablets – there are some food grades available, is good for producing oxygen.

This is a good therapy for cancer patients.

When we make oxygen available…

Does that mean that an oxygen chamber can pump oxygen into the cells? No, the cells should be open to receive the oxygen.

When we are tensed, fearful, and angry, worried, feel sad or depressed, then cells get closed.

In addition, we have made the atmosphere with less oxygen, which makes our cells closed.This makes our body starvefrom oxygen.

Change the Mind, Open the Cells…

The gene scientists say, because some of our family members has diabetes, thatdoesn’t mean we will get it too.

Cells can be altered by immediate environment. Bruce Lipton an expert Cell Biologist says that subject to environmental stress – we can modify the behavior of the gene.

As mind is the immediate environment to the cells in the body, we can alter the genes by the thoughts we think. Incidentally, our minds keep thinking 24 hrs a day.

If we can change the mind, we create the healing required to open the cells. Here, EFT can help a lot, as we could come out of our emotions easily. This makes our cells open.

There is less oxygen in the world we live in…

The natural process of life…

Trees release oxygen by taking in carbon dioxide. We release carbon dioxide and take in oxygen. It’s the natural process of life.

Every living thing – plants and trees, breathes rhythmically. Even the seasons are rhythmic in nature too. Can you say that tomorrow the sun won’t be there and Moon will be lost in space?

Being in tune with Nature…

None of us are in tune with nature. To be so, we should change our breathing pattern to 10 to 12 breaths every minute. Normally, our intake is 20 to 26 breaths per minute. So we need to reduce that.

Also we have to condition our breath. This is done by doing Pranayama with the breathing pattern 4:1:5:2.

Additionally, we have to breathe from the throat. This will make us to take longer breaths. This will make breathing easier and it will not put stress on the nose either.

We are living in the world where there is less oxygen

We are living in the atmosphere where there is lack of oxygen. It should contain20% of oxygen. But it doesn’t. Less the oxygen around us, then less will be our health.

We are using tap water –which has more chlorine that was used to treat the water. Chlorine is not good for the heart. Chlorine hogs the arteries and the cholesterol in our system attaches itself to chlorine.

Mineral water is treated with chlorine too –and thus it has less oxygen. Oxygenated or ionized water will be good. If it contains more negative ions then it will have more oxygen.

Even once in your lifetime, if you had taken an anti-biotic, then it will reduce oxygen in your system.

Fast foods contain less oxygen. Pasteurized milk has no oxygen. Bottled and canned or tetra packs, packed for drinks, has less oxygen. Microwave oven and non-stick pan cooked foods have less oxygen.

When there is less sound there will be more oxygen. That’s why we have to be silent. But how is this possible in this noise polluted world?

An AC room has less oxygen and thus less Prana.

Two types of nervous systems…

Body is functioning with the help of an autonomous system. We have Para-sympathetic and Sympathetic nervous systems.

Para-sympathetic system takes over anything automatically. For example, Heart, Stomach (used for digestion), and lungs are operated by Para-sympathetic nervous system without any intervention from our side.

Digestion of food doesn’t wait for our signal to operate. We have to thank god for such a precious ability of our body.

Parasympathetic nervous system is connected to every cell of the body through the spinal cord.

The Sympathetic nervous system closes the cells as a reaction when we are under stress. Why?

When we are in stress, a signal is sent to cells with a flight or fight message. The cells then will either go into a fighting mode or protection/growth mode. Cells get closed. From then they don’t receive any oxygen.

Procedure to do the Mudras

Doing the Mudras

Except for Poorana Mudra, for all other Mudras keep your hands on the lap. For Poorana Mudra, keep them touching the navel.

They have to be performed in the order listed. The duration has to be same for all the mudras.

One has to sit erect, either in a chair or on the ground in a yogic posture of your liking or simply squatting. Idea is to keep your spine erect while doing the Pancha Mudras.

These mudras activate five different types of Prana in our body namely – Prana, Apanan, Vyanan, Udanan & Samanan.

Follow this Breathing Technique

Do all the Pancha Mudras in the order of Chin Mudra, Chinmaya Mudra, Adi Mudra, Meru Mudra and finally Poorana Mudra.

While doing the Mudra, do Pranayama following the counts:  –

 Inhale: 4, Hold: 1, Exhale: 5 Hold: 2.

This will be considered to be one round. Do 7 rounds of breathing for each Mudra.

It will take totally a maximum of 7 to 9 minutes

Compulsorily do it every day

Give 15 minutes gap after tea and 30 minutes gap after food.

Breathing helps…

Breathing is connected with both Pranic Body as well as Mental Body. The Pranayama heals the Pranic body and makes oxygen available to our bodies.

The basis of Pancha Mudra Pranayama…

Pranayama helps us to reduce no of breaths per minute. As Prana should go to all parts of the body, we require Mudras.

Pancha Mudras are…

They are Chin Mudra, Chinmaya Mudra, Adi Mudra, Meru Mudra and finally Poorana Mudra.

Chin Mudra…

When you do Chin Mudra, the Prana flows downwards. The breath goes to navel and then to legs. It’s good for lower back and for elimination.

Chinmaya Mudra

This activates the Prana – Samanan, which flows from navel to throat upwardly. It is good for digestion.

Adi Mudra

It initiates the Prana called as Udanan, which flows from throat to brain.  Thinking capacity of the person improves.

By doing this Mudra, we make the Prana travel all over the body. It means which ever part of the body lacks Prana; it will be supplied by this Mudra…

Waiting for a Call

When you are waiting for a call from a person, you can be in the Movement Mudra and you can chant, “BETWEEN DIVINE”.

The switch words BETWEEN subconsciously connects you to that person.
