Make your job permanent

Jyoti

My job is on contractual basis in a central government institute. No permanent position they are offering. I want my job to become permanent in this institute.

How should I get help of universe?

Naran

Daily in the morning say three times, “I thank the DIVINE for making my job permanent.”

Then forget about trusting that the universe will take care of that.

Thank all the colleagues management staff, your work, your salary, and your office daily, while going to the office.

Roles People Play

Reddy

Quite often, we are required to play different roles with respect to the same person. In the process lot of misunderstandings occur due to perception at both ends.

At work, we have a subordinate who is also a friend. This friend does not play his role in the office as required.

In the role of a friend, you try to protect him in various ways besides telling him / her about the problems in a friendly manner.

However, if it is not adhered to, it may go the extreme end that you may even need to terminate him/her. It is a very difficult choice. You are torn between both the roles.

In the earlier days, we could take a very dharmic stand and take decisions.

However, now we are required to play a role negotiating happiness for various people in the name of Professionalism / Management etc and suffer.

At home, we have to act as a Parent, Friend, Teacher, friend to your kids.

Often a role is over played by each of the participant resulting in clashes and misunderstanding. Each forgets that they are over stepping on the other role due to inherent flair for one.

Thus, a parent who is generally has a strong Vasanas of a Teacher in making, preaches more and is not able to know when to cut off and act as a friend.

Please give your recommendation to solve the above by way of flower remedy.

Naran

Whatever the role we play, let us ask a simple question.

What is that we lack in any role?

Basically, every relationship is based on communication. How do we communicate? What do we communicate? What do we want to communicate?

The objective of any communication is to reach out to the other person.

BEECH is the remedy for improving our communication.

What are the negative mental states of Beech?

  • Unable to understand other man’s point of view
  • Unable to appreciate other man’s priorities
  • Intolerance
  • Fault-finding
  • Desire to control or change the other person

If one is in one of the above mental states, right communication will not take place. Here, how Beech can help us?

BEECH can bridge the gap between two persons and makes one understand other man’s point of view.

WALNUT should be taken along with Beech. Walnut can bring in change in the mind. A changed outlook and a changed view will give a different communication tool.

For you Mr. Reddy, in addition to taking BEECH and WALNUT, you take CENTAURY also, while communicating in the office.

“What would my friend think? Will he be hurt, if I say this?” These expressions belong to negative mental state of Centaury.

I have changed so much in my mind and heart…..all because of being a part of this wonderful site and your guidance!!!!

Thank you ever so much…….Naran….THERE’s still so much to absorb from you……..regards……

Introduction to Power Life Symbols

Naran

Power of Kanji Symbols

Kanji symbols are not like letters found in other languages, which can be strung together to form words.

In fact, every Kanji symbol depicts an idea (or word).  Kanji symbols are basically pictograms or ideograms.

Because they are pictograms, they can convey the idea to the subconscious mind easily.

Stability can be found easily – Case History

One day a client of Naran phoned up and said his company is sending out most of the people. However, he wanted to continue working there.

He wanted his management to retain him because at his age he cannot find another job easily.

From his expressions, Naran found that he wanted stability. He gave him a stability symbol (48) and asked him to paste it on the chair that he sits in the office.

Till now the client is continuing in the same company, even after retrenchment of so many of his colleagues.

When he kept the stability symbol under his pillow, he found extraordinary feeling of stability. Probably that changed attitude of him has helped him to save his job.

Refer the link to know and use the stability symbol:

Researching on Symbols with Switch Words

This encouraged Naran to collect and experiment with various symbols for different life situations.

While doing this research, he found out that symbols can be combined with the most popular switch words too. He found this increased the power of switch words in multiples.

He feels using these symbols along with the chanting of switch words can help so many of us in so many of life situations.

Combining switch words with symbols

Switch words with Power Life Symbols is a unique, unknown and untried healing method introduced by Naran. Both the symbols and the switch words can impact our sub-conscious mind.

All of us know how switch words can be used for various life situations. Sometimes, we get 100% and sometimes we don’t.

In those areas where it is not working, we can complement them by energizing them with symbols.

Thus, the Symbols – Kanji (Chinese and Japanese) compliment, and supplement the power of switch words.

The features of this method

  • It is a simple technique that even a 10-year-old child can learn it.
  • No need to learn, practice or remember the symbols.
  • One can use them by simply looking at, by keeping it under the pillow or carry it in their pocket. You can energise the symbols by placing the crystals on them.

Office Remedies Part II

Naran

Gain Respect in the Office: WILLOW and WATER VIOLET.

Male domination: women resenting it are in WILLOW state. When the resentment vanishes, the domination will vanish too.

LARCH AND MIMULUS are twins.

MIMULUS is about a third person/entity – for somebody

LARCH is about oneself – no confidence in oneself

Won’t be able to complete – too much to do, a feeling of inadequacy: ELM

First Day in Office: WALNUT – will help us to adjust with the new place and people, WATER VIOLET will get us friends and get the required assistance to get settled down.

Effortless Completion of a Task: WALNUT, OAK and HORNBEAM

Verify some document: BEECH

I am stuck with this management. The management is wrong by all means. I am stuck with this person even though I don’t like him: WILLOW, BEECH and WALNUT.

Friendly with my own group: I will talk only with people from my region – WATER VIOLET.

On the contrary, if one says people from a particular region/group/country are bad then it is WALNUT.

BEECH and WALNUT will help us to build a rapport among colleagues.

Sacking an associate: I have to fire somebody for some valid reasons. I am in CENTAURY state if I don’t want to hurt them. I am in PINE state, if I feel guilty after firing him.

My inquisitive associate: My associate will dig lots of information from us. He will ask numerous questions. But will not answer to any of our questions: HOLLY, WILLOW.

Not to be disturbed by the colleague: WILLOW, AGRIMONY, CRAB APPLE (to get rid of)

There are no accidents only incidents

Balu

I had an accident five years back. It was not a major accident. These days whenever I drive on the road, I am afraid that I might meet with an accident again.

Naran

Release all your current fears about accidents.

Release all your emotions attached with your accident that happened in the past.

Was there are any advantages of having that accident?  It might sound cruel, but we do invite those accidents as there are some benefits attached to that accident.

Balu

No, that was my first accident and your last question was interesting. I did take off from work for two months and I really did enjoy it, as I was not happy with the management then.

Naran

Ok, maybe you didn’t have an accident. Any incident happened that gave you the same advantages of taking leave or avoiding a situation you didn’t like.

If nothing comes to the memory, go back 12 years from now. Check whether you had any major incidents in your life that made you take a long leave. If there are none, then go back 18 years or 30 years before your accident.

Balu

I remember now. I was doing my graduation in Physics. I had problems with HOD (again issues with the management). While playing Hockey, I slipped and broke my left-hand. Interestingly, I took after a leave of two months then.

Naran

Put the emotions of your college incident in the triangle. Did any of your parents have met with an accident? Put all of them in the memory.

Balu

Yes, my father had a couple of accidents after his retirement. I have to check out with him whether he had an accident when he was studying college and when he was working.

The funny thing was, in both the cases, I had resentment about the treatment of management and the accident helped to avoid going to the places I hate.

Naran

Heal all the memory of your sicknesses that helped you avoid going to work/school/college.
