Facing lots of hurdles to get what I want

I am writing this message with lots of depression and tears.
I got an admission into PhD more than 2 years before…yet I haven’t started my research work.
I am fFacing lots of hurdles at my lab and with my teachers and colleagues. I’m a very sincere student from childhood.
But, now I became very useless as no one is allowing me to carry out my work at my lab.
Applied for many scholarships but nothing worked out. People who are of less knowledge, skills and liberal at work are getting selected for stipends.
Even at my home also no one is listening to others so lots of disputes are arising everyday among all family members.
All these issues at home and college are making me more depressive. Even I’m trying for suicide also though I am against to it.

Two months without salary

It’s been two months without salary.
Company’s operations are very slow due to unavailable operating cost, shareholders are fighting, though they have assets but to liquidate them is a long process, huge pile of debts in market and nil credibility with banks.
Seems company is going to close down in near future unless DIVINE INTERVENTION takes place. I even heard they are planning to retrench 70% of staff soon.
Please advise any chanting for company’s regular business so salaries are not delayed further…

Find the right plot of land

We are now living at my in-laws place with 2 children in one bedroom. My husband wants to buy a plot of land to build our own house.

My husband was recently diagnosed with bowel cancer. So far, the doctor has told us that he needs to do surgery and chemotherapy.

Fear manifests what we do not want

There is always a saying that marriages are made in heaven. Is that true?
And if so then why there is negativity like divorce, extramarital, and even more than that?
I am very much afraid of this issue as it’s a lifelong decision and relationship.
Is there any switch word which all can chant to have a successful, happy and respected marital life either love or arranged.
Any switch words that can keep harmony not only in couple but also between two families because sometimes we see that due to family distances, fights arise.

Winning Presentations

I had to make a presentation to a delegation that came from Europe. The presentation was an overview and update of our business. At the end of the meeting / presentation, we were looking for investment from the European / Global division of the visiting company.
The night before the presentation I spoke to R Mohan and asked him for some tips. He asked me to draw two sets of concentric circles:
- One with my name in the centre and WATER VIOLET, LARCH, GENTIAN and WILD ROSE in the outer circles in that order and
- Another one with my name in the centre along with the person I was making the presentation to, date and location and ELM, GORSE and HEATHER in the outer circles in that order.
I drew these circles on two sheets of paper and took them along with me in to the meeting room. The meeting started at 10 a.m. and my turn came at around 4 p.m.
What I observed during the day was that the main person in the visiting team was someone who did not smile through the day and did not really give away any of his emotions / views. When I started presenting, I suddenly felt very comfortable and at ease and I actually smiled during my presentation. This, in a way, forced a smile on that person who was tight-lipped and was on guard. In fact, he said a few words in appreciation of the work we are doing too.
