Naran

Say ‘SO’ during inhale internally and ‘HAM’ for exhale. A mild or soft breath will do.

Use only one speed while doing this rapid breathing, without holding the breath during inhale and exhale.

After 45 minutes of rapid breathing, we don’t need to breathe at all. In that state of no breathing, we merge with the cosmic breath. Then the latter will take over our breathing and take care of it.

Whenever we have a diarrhea or dysentery SOHAM breathing can do the necessary healing. Our pulse rate changes from 74 to 60.

If the breathing is fast, then our focus will be on our breath, mind becomes quiet, and throws away toxins from our system.

Instead of SOHAM (I am that), you may chant NAGAM (I am not) or KOHAM (who am I).

It is better to use a CD that chants SOHAM as then it will be easier for us to maintain the speed of breathing.

Think of different ways to spend money

Instead of worrying about sources for money…

Kannan had 15 lakhs rupees of loan. He didn’t have any sources of income to repay the loan.

He contacted me on telephone. As it would be difficult to explain to him on the phone, on how to do the meditation, “Meeting with Mahalakshmi”, I gave him a simple technique.

  1. Mentally list out today’s expenses, say buying a tea from the local shop
  2. Visualize paying money to the tea shop owner
  3. Likewise, do the same for all the expenses that have to be met out for the day
  4. And don’t worry at all how those expenses can be met – meaning don’t anyway try to figure out how money required for those expenses can be acquired.

Initially, he found it difficult to visualize without worrying about the sources

I convinced him, that divine is the provider of money and somehow, it will provide him with money.

He did the exercise every day for the last 15 days.

Today, he called me and said that somehow he was able to meet out the expenses.

In fact, he has become so convinced about this technique that he is not worried in any sense and he feels a sense of calmness in himself.

Now he is confident, that divine will take care of wiping out his entire loan eventually without cause of any concern to those who gave him money and himself included.

Successful IUI Procedure

This month again I’m undergoing IUI procedure for conceiving. Previously in the month of Nov’13, I lost my pregnancy.

For this cycle, I want to prepare myself in advance. The procedure is scheduled for last week of May’14.

Please let me know which switch word I should chant this time for achieving success. This would be my last chance to undergo IUI procedure.

Love breaks all the hurdles

He got to say yes to the girl as his mother has decided. He knows, I respect his care for his mother, and will not say anything against it.

His engagement ceremony is going to happen in another 3 days. He too loves me a lot and suffering a lot because of this situation. There should be a way to come out of this situation and stop this engagement.

Please guide and bless me, so that both our families will accept our relationship.

I can understand there are lots of facts happening in life, which we may feel are wrong. But that can be the Great Lords will, so it should not be questioned too.

May be it’s my destiny, which will decide about me. But, how many times should I need to bend in front of my destiny.

I am feeling really low with these incidents in my life. Earlier I had taken my step back, when it was about my career, and now it’s about my life partner.

Still, I am not succeeded on any part of my life at age of 32!! I have failed over and over again.

I have always been good to people. So why should not I expect the same from my life.

“How many times should I need to bend” is a statement which exposes your anger and resentment at destiny.

A person if voluntarily bends and does the work will not complain.

Take the flower remedies CENTAURY, WILLOW, LARCH and PINE to overcome this feeling, three pills each, and one after the other, for three times a day.

My weight came down

I have been listening to the “WEIGHT LOSS” CD past one week or so regularly. I want to share my experience so far and how I have used it.

I listened to the CD while working for 2 hours, felt lot of things happening in body like – small cramps, some sort of movement within the body.

After the session, I had to go to bathroom at least few times, had loose motions, water and gas. I felt really light after it.

I thought first it might be one time, but whenever I listened to the CD, I felt my body expelled wastage that must have been pent-up. Over the days, the frequency came down and so did my weight.

Not just physically, I feel changes in my way of living as well. I feel more inclined towards exercise and feel less lethargic towards doing it. I restarted my walking and yoga as well.

I did tapping as well whenever I could while listening to the CD. It also felt good.

Thank you Naran for a wonderful CD!!!

Talking while sleeping

I talk in the sleep. I am very unhappy with this as I am not having full sleep. I feel exhausted and I have that hangover the next morning also.

My sleep talk irritates my husband a lot as most of the times I wake him up while he is sleeping or he wakes-up with this disturbance.

I have this habit since childhood.

Take the flower remedies WHITE CHESTNUT, ASPEN, WALNUT and CRAB APPLE.

Put 5 pills of each in a cup of water and have it before sleep.

Lazy Eye

Last Friday, we took my son to an eye hospital to verify for squint. Upon verification the doctor found that he is suffering from Lazy eye (on his right eye) since birth.

His right eye has got -6 and left eye has got -1; after verification and the entire family is totally down on hearing this.

My Son is turning 5 today (May 14) and I humbly request you suggest some mantras to improve my son’s eye power.

Diagnosed with Glaucoma

My wife was diagnosed with Glaucoma in the right eye in 2007 and by the time she lost 90% of vision in that eye.

The eye pressure is under control with eye drops, but the lost vision could not be restored.

She was also diagnosed with deterioration of retina in both the eyes, especially in the left eye, due to which she lost the central vision. Doctors say there is no cure. We only have faith in God.

My wife continues to work for an IT major in the software domain.

Cleared Nasal Congestion

I have suffering from nasal allergy (running nose, congestion, now headache). I have been taking some medicines and now on anti-biotic also. 

Since last night, it has worsened in spite of medications. Sleep gets disturbed early morning too. 

My dad suggested me to do Linga Mudra.  Can I do it? 

Naran

Chant “CLEAR ADJUST NOW” by being in the LINGA MUDRA for 15 minutes.

Then be in PRAN MUDRA for 30 minutes.

I am writing this THANK YOU for the chant for allergy under SOS subject a few days ago. 

It was a great relief for me, almost like magic, the nasal congestion and the entire problem that came with it disappeared in 2 days!!!!

However, it hasn’t gone away completely.  Should I continue chanting and doing mudras? 

My fingers ache after 15 min. Can I do it twice for 15 minutes?

Continue for some more time. Yes you can split and do so.

Managing a harsh person

I am writing to thank you, for the Amazing Gift of ‘TOGETHER DIVINE” Switch word CD.

I have been playing the CD at home for the past one and a half months. The results are amazing!

I have had problems with my mom since long. She is very harsh and very difficult as a person.

You would always tell us to heal the relationship with one’s own mother, during your workshops in Chennai.

TOGETHER DIVINE CD is slowly but surely changing that aspect in her.

She is calmer and fights have come down to a large extent!
