Letting GO is the Nature of LIFE

Naran

When you look at the whole world you will understand we only are holding on to mind.

What is the opposite of letting go? “Holding on to” is the opposite word. Holding will restrict us. Letting go expands us.

By letting go you are discharging from yourself what is not required by you, like Water putting out the Fire. Body and Nature Follows this rule 100%.

Watch the body. What it does?

Whatever is inhaled, lungs have to exhale out. Lungs cannot keep the air even for one second.

Heart – what does it do? It takes in blood and sends it out immediately. Blood enters the heart through Auricles and let out through Ventricles.

Whatever you take in, has to be let it out. It is the natural process of the body.

Lungs contract to let go, kidneys contract to let go urine, intestines peristaltically (downward movement) contract to let go the faeces and skin lets go by sweat.

The mouth lets go whatever you eat to the stomach. Stomach lets it go to the intestine. Intestine and kidneys let go as excretion.

Morning lets go to the noon, the noon lets go and becomes afternoon. Afternoon lets go and become the evening, and then evening to night. Each and every second gives way to the next.

Let go before taking the action. Then let go the emotions and thoughts attached to results.

Ask the questions:

  • What do you expect to achieve?
  • What is the driver desire or wanting behind each emotion and thought?
  • Wanting to control or change?
  • Wanting appreciation, recognition? (Desire for Approval)
  • Wanting more security? (fearful)

With this technique, you are not prevented from doing anything. Let go emotions as well as thoughts, and then Act.

“You are only entitled to Act. Don’t think about the result while doing” – says Lord Krishna in Bhagavat Gita.

Facing lots of hurdles to get what I want

I am writing this message with lots of depression and tears.

I got an admission into PhD more than 2 years before…yet I haven’t started my research work.

I am fFacing lots of hurdles at my lab and with my teachers and colleagues. I’m a very sincere student from childhood.

But, now I became very useless as no one is allowing me to carry out my work at my lab.

Applied for many scholarships but nothing worked out. People who are of less knowledge, skills and liberal at work are getting selected for stipends.

Even at my home also no one is listening to others so lots of disputes are arising everyday among all family members.

All these issues at home and college are making me more depressive. Even I’m trying for suicide also though I am against to it.

Diagnosed with Glaucoma

My wife was diagnosed with Glaucoma in the right eye in 2007 and by the time she lost 90% of vision in that eye.

The eye pressure is under control with eye drops, but the lost vision could not be restored.

She was also diagnosed with deterioration of retina in both the eyes, especially in the left eye, due to which she lost the central vision. Doctors say there is no cure. We only have faith in God.

My wife continues to work for an IT major in the software domain.

Help me control my negative thinking

I am a regular follower of your blogs.

I used animal spirit HORSE in office as I had no proper support from my senior.

I kept the HORSE as my desktop saver too – not one but three horses.

I daily request horse to help me control my negative thinking about others as I do not get proper support from the required seniors.

After 10 days, the person with whom I had problem called me and said sorry.

He also promised me that he would be supporting me from here afterwards and that we will help the company for better prospects.

Should I divorce?

Mine was a love marriage. With parents’ consent we got married 1.5 years back. But, I am not happy with my marital life.

There is always interference of in-laws. We don’t lead a very happy and peaceful life.

On top of that, my husband hits me, when his temper goes out of control. We argue and fight for small things and end up with hatred. There is no romance and happiness.

Should I divorce, or is there any other remedy?

Two months without salary

It’s been two months without salary.

Company’s operations are very slow due to unavailable operating cost, shareholders are fighting, though they have assets but to liquidate them is a long process, huge pile of debts in market and nil credibility with banks.

Seems company is going to close down in near future unless DIVINE INTERVENTION takes place. I even heard they are planning to retrench 70% of staff soon.

Please advise any chanting for company’s regular business so salaries are not delayed further…

I am so glad that my boss is now allowing me to work couple of days to work from home when he is not in town. This way I can spend more quality time with kids and I pray Divine light to help me getting some tuition for evening, as additional source of income.

No motive to do something

I also have an issue, although the article is insightful, when we say that divine is the doer, I am not the doer. It does give a freedom from all the burdens.

But, in this case are we not being deprived of the motive to do something, which comes when we accept that we are totally responsible for the entire situation in which we are.

Would the human being not loose motive to move ahead in life, if he believes that divine is the doer.

I am not, then why should he care if he is doing something right or wrong because then also divine is responsible.

Can you please throw some light on this confusion?

I know I am sounding vague here, but I do loose motive to do something right and become lazy when I remember of this statement.

When one fully accepts the divine doer concept, one aligns with the higher mind – totally submitting oneself to the will of the divine.

When you do the work on hand as given by the divine, you will do reverentially. Your total concentration is on work. Extend this ownership and you will find others as divine.

Work is divine. Doer of the work is divine. Done for what / the result is divine. Done for whom?  That person is divine.

There is only love in the heart. There is only joy in the heart. There is only peace in the mind.

Over time I have realized that I have not made peace with my past and still holding grudges against a lot of people. I understand it is affecting me psychologically, emotionally, mentally and interfering with my daily life, personally and well as professionally.

Sometimes, I feel calm and other times very vengeful. There seems to be no stability in my thoughts and I often hold others responsible for any untoward incident happening to me.

Moreover, the vibrations in my house do not feel good. Specially so when certain people enter the house, stay in the house or leave the house. Nobody at my place seems to be at peace. Even a very patient person seems to lose his cool here.

In fact, there have been 3 to 4 couples who have stayed in the house before us and left, nobody could live in the house with stability and peace.

Naran 

Take the flower remedies HOLLY, WILLOW, CHERRY PLUM and MIMULUS regularly for a few months.

Keep salt (Rock Salt) water in the night, in your bed room. The next day, throw the water in the sink. Do it daily for some days.

Spray the water remedied with WHITE CHESTNUT, WALNUT and CRAB APPLE (3 pills of each in a tumbler of water) on all the walls of the house.

Do this also daily for one month. This wipes out all the unwanted accumulation of our own emotions like anger sadness etc. in the space of the house.

HOLLY, WILLOW, CHERRY PLUM, MIMULUS, WHITE CHESTNUT, WALNUT and CRAB APPLE are Bach Flower remedies.

To clean the mind and body of unwanted stuff, salt water is used. Rock salt that is manufactured out of sea water has the capacity to absorb negative stuff.

Cleanse the vibrations of the house: WHITE CHESTNUT, WALNUT and CRAB APPLE. You can do this before and after a function.
