Manage a negative-minded spouse

My brother has lost all hope as his wife is not co-operative, negative-minded, and selfish, blaming personally and never satisfied how much you do for her.

Tell some remedy or mantra for my brother so that he can handle the situation. My brother just wants to give divorce to his wife.

It’s really difficult for him to control the situation as she blames him for everything but then when he asks her for divorce, she doesn’t want to give to him.

Naran

Ask your brother to take flower remedies CHICORY, CRAB APPLE and CHERRY PLUM, 2 pills of each, one after the other, three times a day. He has to keep himself cool.

Ask him to chant “TOGETHER DIVINE”.

Breathing Stops Not the Life

I was listening to the “Circulation Breathing” CD for at least 30 minutes. It runs for 48 minutes.

I wanted to share the experience I felt while listening to the CD.

I was listening to the CD immediately after I woke up in the morning.

As I breathe in and breathe out as per the chanting of the Bija Mantras in the CD, after some time my physical breathing stopped and felt no need to breathe at all.

Of course, I feel like to breathe again.

Naran

No need to fear as after a few minutes you will feel the need to breathe and you can start to breathe again as per the rhythm of the chanting.

Whenever our physical breathing stops, while doing circular breathing our pranic body starts breathing in full.

This will do for us. It will improve our energy level as well.

How to Get Benefits Out of Meditation?

I want to get the benefits out of the meditation. And at the same time my mind gets distracted.

Will there be any possibility? Or will there be any chance of getting the benefits of meditation, even though there are distractions?

Yes definitely there is a possibility.

All the CDs in the Bach Flower Study Centre are tuned in certain brainwaves.

Whenever a person goes into a deep meditation, or deep meditative level, the brain produces certain waves called Brainwaves.

When you are in deep meditation you go to Alpha, then Theta and then Delta. Normally our distractive mind is in Beta State.

When you listen to the Meditation CD with a headphone, whatever Alpha waves generated will be imposed on your brain.

When those waves are imposed, you will be forced to come out of Beta level and you will be in the silence mode.

In that way, you can silence the rebellious or the resisting mind. That is the only way by which you can do meditation.

 The other way is really cumbersome for every time you have to be careful about the mind, because the mind is a great trickster.

You think that you will be able to manage it, for when you just say ‘release’, the thought goes off.

You feel happy then. But the happy state itself is another thought – whether it is happiness, sadness, calmness, worry, anger or love, all of them is a thought. 

Every such thought has to be released.

Proper Functioning of Liver

For sugar, everyone goes after pancreas, but liver is very important. That only manages it.

So, when liver mantra “OM CHI NAMAHA” is chanted, Sugar will get better.

If sugar is there, then liver will definitely be having problems. So, Liver needs to be taken care of.

If liver is functioning properly, then sugar problem won’t come.

If Liver gets better then right solution would be found for the other problems.

Heal Your Heart Chakra

Our life is ruled by three chakras – Basic, Hara and Solar Plexus Chakras.

Yet, beyond them, we manage to express our love. We get close to people. We offer our thanks to all. All that because of one chakra and that is the Heart Chakra.

Heart Chakra is the fourth in line. It’s closer to Solar Plexus Chakra. On the chest, from breast draw a line. That’s the point where Heart Chakra is situated.

It is responsible for creation of heart and blood circulation.

It’s the reservoir of love. This chakra is reflected when we experience joy and enthusiasm with our friends and relatives.

If love is there, hate will be there too. If hate is filled in a place, then it’s a hell. Love is heaven and it increases our prana.

Heart chakra is mentally connected with love.

When you desire to make profits out of relationships (or anything for that matter with selfish intentions), we lose energy in this chakra.

If there is a relationship without a love, then it’s of no use, says the Heart Chakra.

We love our children and parents. We love somebody and hate somebody.

Hatred and sadness decreases energy and then we feel we can’t love anybody. We fight at office. When we come home, we should show love. Instead we fight.

If there is less energy in heart, we feel there is no love in life. We feel sad and think that nobody is there for us. With Heart Chakra, we need to love. Otherwise, we will deplete it!

Even if nobody loves you, love god, yourself, others and the world is the message from Reiki. If we GO for love, then the energy level of Heart Chakra expands and balances it.

When we get imbalanced due to Basic, Hara and Solar Plexus Chakras, then the energy level in those chakras shrink. But in the case of Heart Chakra, it’s never gets overfull. It can expand to any level.

Black patches on the face

A Case History for Water Violet

Rani became sensitive to the ultraviolet rays of the sun and started developing black patches on her face.

The doctor asked her not to be exposed to the sun. Her movement is restricted because she goes out either in early mornings or after evening hours.

First time when she met me, she was given Walnut (sensitive to atmosphere). She just took it for four times and reported that she could see some improvement on her face.

I wanted to probe in further.

Naran: What would have caused this de-pigmentation?

Rani: I believe that the heavy make-up I was using might have caused the problem

Naran: Do you think there are other reasons too?

Rani:  I was using lot of turmeric on my face. I used to be called as Yellow Beauty. Probably my usage of turmeric also would have caused this.

Naran: When other people, I mean friends and relatives, enquire about your face, what would be your reply?

Rani: Do you think anybody has the guts to ask me?

Naran: Hmmm was there are any?

Rani: Only two have enquired so far.

Naran: What was your reply then?

Rani: This is the latest make-up.

(Saying this, she laughed loudly, which indicated her superiority complex.)

Naran: Why should anybody have guts to talk to you?

Rani: I am a reserved person. If anybody tries to come near me, I will snub them. Few try to come closer to me. However, I will make sure that they don’t get close to me.

Naran: Do you have any close friends?

Rani: None fits my bill. I have some friends. But I am not close to them.

Naran: How do you select your friends?

Rani: Intelligence is very important. If I say something then they should understand it immediately. If I have to repeat what I say, then they are below my standard. He will be out of my list of friends.

Even in my area, nobody is up to my level. All the houses in my locality are built in small plots. My house is the only one which is built on a two-ground plot. (Laughing loudly)

(This above expressions points to Water Violet – Superiority Complex)

Analysis

WATER VIOLET: She is not allowing anybody to get close to her. Mentally, she keeps the people at a distance. Physically, by developing dark patches on her face, her body helps her to keep others at a distance.

PINE: The reason she gives for the dark patches on the face is that she had used lots of make-up materials. Blaming oneself for the problem indicates Pine.

CRAB APPLE: Make-up is the word she used often. It means that she is covering up the patches. Covering up is the key word of Crab Apple.

WALNUT: For over-sensitivity to Sun rays

Hindrance to a Peaceful Family Life

There is one unwanted relationship in my life, which I want to ward off. This is a one female colleague of mine, who came close to me.

Now, she is not leaving me and being hindrance in my peaceful family life.

Pray to god to help you come out of this lady.

Daily affirm, “I thank … to have parted from me”.

Thank her (mentally) for what she gave you. At some point she gave what you lacked. Don’t hate her now. Thank her and forgive her as many times as possible.

Goals Achievement through Reiki Part I

How Reiki works in achieving our goal?

All our desires and intentions can be fulfilled with the help of Reiki. It works as per our intention.

As you intend, energy flows towards that direction or goal. Though, it might take its own route.

Why some goals are not achieved?

Some of our intensions are always fulfilled – say for example eating Dosas or going to Mumbai by flight. Though, there are desires that are not fulfilled.

Why? It means the energy of those desires is very low.

Let us say we require X degrees of energy to get the work done. We have only X – 30. Then these desires can’t be fulfilled. So it has to be increased to make our intensions fulfilled.

How to increase the energy level behind the intensions? Give them Reiki. This will boost the energy level of them.

For anything that’s not happening in your life, give it Reiki. Reiki can change anybody’s life. It’s a subtle form of energy, result of which, we may not be able to see immediately.

Affirmations and Reiki

If you say, “I want to be successful in business” then it means that there is a lack of success in business.

This area (business) is not receiving required energy either from body or mind. To make it successful, give Reiki – the universal energy to that area.

Write the goal as if it happened and give Reiki to it.

How Reiki Works Here?

I am not successful in one area of life because there is internal resistance – otherwise known as psychological reversal or internal sabotage mechanism.

When an intention is unfilled, it means it requires some more amount of energy.

Let us say we have 30 no’s of energy, while 70 is required, then the remaining energy can be generated through Reiki.

Reiki channels are successful because they work on the affirmations with lots of perseverance.

When we fail we form a belief, a self-limiting belief. We have to remove that from the mind.

We can remove it through Reiki. None of your intentions will go unfulfilled, I challenge you on this.

Establishing harmony WITH a person

WITH means is to be compatible with the opposite or concerned person.

TOGETHER DIVINE WITH … (Name of the person), when you want the other person to agree with you

When you want a harmonious atmosphere chant CLEAR TOGETHER DIVINE WITH. If you chant this switch word combination, the atmosphere will change beautifully.

The meaning of CLEAR is light. When there is light in a place, there cannot be darkness (problem or disharmony).  CLEAR has been in use since thousand years. CLEAR is a very powerful word.

No need to chant the names of the persons to be healed

Don’t bother about the names of the persons who need harmony. Just chant CLEAR TOGETHER DIVINE WITH.  Still it works beautifully.

At the subconscious level of the mind there is no ‘you’ and ‘me’. Everything is one. At the subconscious level there is no differentiation, all are one. The difference is because of the body, and of the mind’s association with the body. That’s why we see the difference between each other

So you don’t have to add the names of the persons to be healed, when you chant the words. You can simply chant CLEAR TOGETHER DIVINE WITH. Automatically harmony will settle in.
