Obsessed with rules and principles

Naran

Rock Water

A ROCK WATER person is too much disciplined, giving too much importance to physical exercise, and highly obsessed with rules and principles – like the king who killed his son crushing the latter with his chariot.

A Rock Water’s son will be a CHESTNUT BUD. There is a saying that a cop’s son will be a thief and a teacher’s son will be an idiot.

A Rock Water person will get problems in knee joints – indicating inflexibility in his approach.

Cherry Plum

Suddenly you will lose control and get violent – for example, misplaced anger. Father upset about something at work, comes home and vents his anger on his family members.

Rock Water person can become a Cherry Plum and lose their control. The modern day sages, who follow extreme practices and suddenly going into bad ways, are one great example.

A Cherry Plum person is Impulsive. Those who have a suicidal tendency need Cherry Plum.

Chestnut Bud

He is evasive and has escaping tendencies. He is a good liar. The person lacks a good memory as well as concentration.

Children are intelligent than their parents

Sree

Whenever I sit to do mudras before sleeping, my daughter too sits with me but does only Thumb with little and ring fingers (Safe and Secure Mudra).

If I request her to do chin mudra she says no and leaves me. So, I stopped interfering in her meditation techniques. Why is she not doing chin mudra?

She sings with me Namashivayam for 5 times, rhythm with or without CD. Durgama also she sings along with the CD if she is awake by then as I play it by 5.30 am.

I can see the changes in her (touch wood). She listens to me, and obeys me when I request her.

She is completing her homework soon. I allow her to watch cartoon only for 45 minutes and she is okay with it. I am happy with her. I did the accepting exercise for her.

Whenever I try to heal her Solar Plexus and Hara chakras she pulls my hand tightly to her body strongly. Do I need to give more time to heal these chakras?

I am also using harmony pack. I can see the difference.

My husband who used to get irritated for helping me in my daughter’s dressing for school, is now helping me, without me asking or requesting.

The left out harmony water I am pouring to Tulasi plant as we don’t have any other plant. And I can see the plant is healthy and growing tall and fresh.

Thank you, it’s all because of your remedies and your blessing.

Explanation

Chin Mudra will keep us awake, while Safe and Secure Mudra will make us have a deep sleep.

Children are intuitive enough to know where they need energy. So she is forcing the mother to give Reiki to those areas.

Can’t say ‘NO’

M

I’m a shy person. I think so. But after marriage I think I have improved a lot.

Sometimes I keep myself last….e.g., if my neighbour says something that I don’t like I’ll not oppose or if my neighbour called my maid without asking me I will not say anything, though I feel bad.

It is like that I keep myself always last. Even when I was younger I did the same thing. I will be the last girl standing in the queue, though I was very good student.

I don’t consider myself. I don’t express myself about what I want.

Naran

Take the flower remedies CENTAURY, WILLOW and PINE.

Put each 5 pills in a glass of water and have small sips from that water every one or two hours from morning to evening.

Explanation

A CENTAURY person cannot say ‘No’. Eventually they will develop resentment – WILLOW and feel guilty for saying ‘No’ or for getting angry – PINE.

Make one talk

Bhuvana

I feel my husband is not transparent with me sometimes. Yes, he hides so many things from me.

However, he is not going in any wrong way. Still it’s painful for me. If I go ahead and talk to him about this, we end up in fight and the day is so painful.

Naran

Chant “AGRIMONY, CHESTNUT BUD” over a glass of water and drink it daily.

Explanation

The negative Agrimony person will not reveal his feelings. He will be hiding, what he does. When questioned, he will say “nothing” to avoid being exposed.

Avoidance is the negative aspect of Chestnut Bud.

To know the truth from the person, both are given. Then the person will open up.

Thus, AGRIMONY and CHESTNUT BUD will help them to open up and share their inner turmoil.

This combination is good for patients who go for a psychotherapy session. Without any difficulty they will share their feelings.

Harmony with neighbor: http://reachnaran.com/harmony-with-neighbor/

If What is going to happen will happen, Why to chant?

Bhavi

In the past, I have chanted, prayed a lot, with full faith in universal divine force. But, I was always told you can’t change anything. What is going to happen will happen? Nobody can change anything.

I still have faith and trust. However, I always had a question in mind then why do we pray and chant the mantras if they are not going to bring positivity to the concerned situation?

Is it fear of something negative happening to us and our family, which brings us, back again to chanting and praying?

Naran

You cannot always get what you want. Sometimes, you can get what you don’t want. These are two life rules, which we have to accept.

It is the mind which plays the game. If something does not happen, we wallow; if something happens, we elate. How long is this elation?

After some time, we need something else and again mental emotional drama begins. It is because we attach importance to the result only and not to the action.

If the action is done, and the result is surrendered, you will remain peaceful always.

Ultimately, what we want in life is either peace or happiness. To get happiness or peace is the aim of all.

Surrendering the result to the hands of Divine only can give you peace or happiness.  Chanting or healing aims at changing the mind to accept what is happening.

Best of luck!!

Do you know why she doesn’t appreciate?

Patient: My wife loves me a lot. She is a very considerate person. At the same time, when it comes to my way of doing, she is highly intolerant. Surprisingly, she tolerates others’ mistakes to a greater extent – this includes my parent’s actions too.

Naran

One part of her is tolerant, while the other part of her is intolerant – especially to you. It shows, somehow you trigger the other – unwanted part in her.

Do you have a similar behavior in yourself?

Patient: Yeah! In general, I always tend to correct the way of others and not just one person. I believe everything has to be done correctly, with the right people, and at the right time.

Naran

I will teach you a simple method here.

Affirm as many times as possible:

“I RELEASE the PART of ME that is criticized by me”.

“I OPEN ALIGN WITH the PART of ME that evokes her tolerance to PRAISE me”.

You can write them too.

The letters in UPPER CASE is fixed. The rest of the statement, you can fill with whatever you want. This way, you are releasing the behavior you don’t want and activating the behavior you want in others.

Healing through Pancha Mudra Pranayama Part II

Naran

Procedure to do the Mudras

Doing the Mudras

Except for Poorana Mudra, for all other Mudras keep your hands on the lap. For Poorana Mudra, keep them touching the navel.

They have to be performed in the order listed. The duration has to be same for all the mudras.

One has to sit erect, either in a chair or on the ground in a yogic posture of your liking or simply squatting. Idea is to keep your spine erect while doing the Pancha Mudras.

These mudras activate five different types of Prana in our body namely – Prana, Apanan, Vyanan, Udanan & Samanan.

Follow this Breathing Technique

Do all the Pancha Mudras in the order of Chin Mudra, Chinmaya Mudra, Adi Mudra, Meru Mudra and finally Poorana Mudra.

While doing the Mudra, do Pranayama following the counts:  –

 Inhale: 4, Hold: 1, Exhale: 5 Hold: 2.

This will be considered to be one round. Do 7 rounds of breathing for each Mudra.

It will take totally a maximum of 7 to 9 minutes

Compulsorily do it every day

Give 15 minutes gap after tea and 30 minutes gap after food.

Breathing helps…

Breathing is connected with both Pranic Body as well as Mental Body. The Pranayama heals the Pranic body and makes oxygen available to our bodies.

Healing through Pancha Mudra Pranayama Part I

Naran

The basis of Pancha Mudra Pranayama…

Pranayama helps us to reduce no of breaths per minute. As Prana should go to all parts of the body, we require Mudras.

Pancha Mudras are…

They are Chin Mudra, Chinmaya Mudra, Adi Mudra, Meru Mudra and finally Poorana Mudra.

Chin Mudra…

When you do Chin Mudra, the Prana flows downwards. The breath goes to navel and then to legs. It’s good for lower back and for elimination.

Chin mudra

Chinmaya Mudra

This activates the Prana – Samanan, which flows from navel to throat upwardly. It is good for digestion.

Chinmaya-Mudra

Adi Mudra

It initiates the Prana called as Udanan, which flows from throat to brain.  Thinking capacity of the person improves.

Adi mudraMeru Mudra

This Mudra activates the autonomous nervous system. It stimulates the spinal cord and good for the back too.Meru mudraPoorana Mudra

By doing this Mudra, we make the Prana travel all over the body. It means which ever part of the body lacks Prana; it will be supplied by this Mudra…

Purpose of Tapping

(From Multi-Dimensional Healing June 27 Workshop)

Naran

Simple way of tapping/EFT

Pull the entire 10 fingers one at a time as well as the gamut point (it’s the hollow place between the front little and ring fingers).

For any type of problem, pull each finger and tap on gamut, and affirm “I accept myself totally”.

What does the affirmation means?

It means that I accept my life situation, the event, as well as my feelings and my thoughts.

How to make sure we are not influenced by a situation?

Situation is one percent, our reaction is 99%. It becomes bothersome or problematic because of our own mind.

You are watching an accident on the road. A person riding a motor cycle had met with an accident.

The mother of the person, who was watching it happen, will react more strongly than others. Same event but reactions are different.

Our habit is to react emotionally. If we don’t have connection to the situation, I am not affected. Who gives this link? Isn’t it the mind?

If you do tapping then you will come out of the panic situation.

Why should you come out of the panic situation?

Then you can help, as you have a calm and tranquil mind. You will react calmly and do the necessary. Instead we overreact and spoil the whole thing.
